Got mine a few weeks ago and works great. I did have an issue at a recent event whereby the 4k feed worked in rehearsals but didn't work the day of the show. I think it may have been due to long cat7 run alongside the light board cable and some electric cables. I'm pretty sure the cat7 I purchased was shielded though.
Buy the mount for a few dollars more as you need it.
