This is a nice travel tripod. It folds very compactly and is reasonably stable when unfolded. Don't expect the stability of a studio tripod, but it is good enough for most cases. There is a hook to add weight to the center column. It has a very solid feel to it. The nice feature is the ability to separate one of the legs into a monopod - comes handy when traveling.

I love shooting landscapes and at night. Very easy to use. Solid construction. A little heavy to go on vacation with.

I wanted to get a travel tripod that was lightweight but good value. This is it! It is great for nature and scenery photography.

The monopod feature is nice to have. Solid for its weight. It comes with two allens that fit the head and camera plate. The bag it comes with is roomy enough to hold a tripod stone bag and other small accessories.

Great tripod for travel. Folds small, supports all my gear, although it's aluminum it's almost as light as similarly priced carbon tripods.

Great value...quite sturdy. Folds small to be inside carry on bags, set up is quick. Have used for stills, heavy telephoto lens and video and have not been disappointed...a much better value than my much more expensive CF tripod which will not fold small enough for back packing. My only gripe was it requires their own unique plate at $27 each. That said I am ordering another to keep my spotting scope on! A really excellent value.

Size is easily attached to my photography backpack. Weight is okay, and can easily be carried by hand when necessary. Set up is easy and fairly quick. Care must be taken when using the tripod on soft or sandy soil. The feet are tiny and will sink easily. Not a huge deal if you think first. Ability to modify and use as a Monopod is a plus. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. The price is not too high, the tripod is well built and feels very solid. I think it will last a long time. I feel very confident that the tripod will support my camera even with larger lenses. The B00 ball head is easy to adjust and is also a high quality piece of equipment. The CF version might be a little lighter ... but for the price, I think this is a very good tripod and I would recommend it.

The Benro Transfunctional Travel Angel is the perfect combination of an A0691T Tripod with Twist Lock reverse folding Aluminum legs and a B00 Dual Action Ballhead. The compact full size tripod converts to a Compact monopod for even greater versatility.
