Very durable professional tripod and Benro is a great brand. I have a spare 75mm bowl tripod head and needed a second tripod like my induro one which they discontinued. I was bummed at first to see if I would be able to find another one like the induro. Thank god for benro I?ve found an equivalent choice for my needs as a filmmaker.

this is a great product. The only quarrel I have with it is the lets. they made it extreme difficult to do my job. I prefer the clip versus the twist to lock them in place

This tripod is an absolute beast! I had an older Manfrotto set up and this was a nice modern upgrade! Sturdy but light, this tripod holds up to 50 pounds and is great for run and fun situations. I?d highly recommend these legs!

Utterly amazing tripod at an unbelievable price. I've bought video tripods that cost twice as much and weren't on par with this. I wanted a solid tripod without a spreader (I have others with spreaders if I need) and looked at quite a lot of options. For photography I use a Gitzo Traveler and a Gitzo Systematic, so I'm not a stranger to high-quality tripods that are built like a rock. I would have just used the Systematic but I needed a tripod with a 75mm bowl and also prefer to leave the Systematic in the studio for just photography. Anyway, I took a gamble on this Benro because I can easily return since I have the VIP360 if it isn't up to snuff. Boy was I surprised. I've never seen a tripod at this price point with this level of stability and build quality. I'm a bigger guy so didn't want to chance it, but I think a shorter, average person could easily sit on this and use it as a stool. I waffled on getting the aluminum vs the carbon fiber - all of my photo tripods are carbon fiber and I love them. But, the vibration damping of carbon fiber isn't as important with video as stills photography and the weight difference is minimal - especially if you're already carrying a camera set up that needs a tripod like this. I also purchased the Benro BL75 half ball adapter which allows you to easily swap out the head and use a flat base head. Which became very helpful because I purchased a Manfrotto Nitrotech later on which is a flat base. Also, it has a five year warranty. Make sure to register it for the additional 2 years. TLDR; If you need a rock solid tripod for video (or even photography), you won't find anything else like this under $300. I doubt you'd find anything like it under $500. Pick up the BL75 adapter for $50 if you need to pair it with a flat base head.

Absolute sleeper of a tripod. Very sturdy with no center column. 75mm bowl makes for easy leveling for photo or stills. This thing is as steady as a similar induro or gitzo at a fraction of the cost. Weight is not bad, but if you want to spend twice as much to save a lbs. there is a carbon version.
