Been using it with a D750 and Tamron 150-600 g2. So far it has held up with no complaints from me.

Good budget option for heavy telephoto lenses

Just used this tripod with the new Ricoh Theta Z...works great. However, you do need an adapter to get the camera to screw onto the top of the tripod. I would recommend this part from Adorama: SmallRig Thread Adapter with Female 3/8" to Male 1/4" Thread https://www.adorama.com/sr1027.html

Good tripod for Ricoh Theta

Great Monopod for the buck. Does the job that its supposed to do. Comes with a nice carrying case and the feet works well folding in and out. No complaints here. Highly Recommend this Monopod for photographers and videographers.

Stand tall

I use it mostly to hold a flash for RE photography but I have also used it shooting soccer games and I love it.

Good stability especially with three short legs at the bottom. (Of course, don't leave camera unheld at any time.). Not the lightest unipod but strong.

Steady

Easy to use and much more stability.

I bought this monopod as a light stand for my speed lites so I could hide them in corners or behind objects in tight shooting spaces for real estate photography. It is compact, light weight and I'm not afraid of it falling over on hard sufaces as the 3 leg base adequately holds the weight of a speed lite even fully extended. On carpeted or uneven surfaces I would not trust it, but it wasn't made for that purpose and that is not why I bought it. For what I use it for - perfect.
