Cannot be charged with modern chargers - I'm unable to charge this power brick with most of my USB-C chargers. These are good, name-brand chargers recommended by Wirecutter. When I plug it in, it seems to charger for a second, and then all 4 status lights blink simultaneously. This behavior is not documented in Belkin's woefully inadequate documentation, but it seems to mean the device is not charging. The only "workaround" is to use a dumb USB-A charger with a USB-A to USB-C cable. This stinks as a solution - I don't want to bring a separate charger with me when traveling just to charge my power brick. Confusing to use with iPhones - I've also had trouble using this device with modern iPhones, but at least there is a semi-reasonable solution there. If you just plug in the iPhone, the same thing happens as does with the charging above - it seems to charge the iPhone for a moment (maybe even a minute or two in this case), but then all the lights will start blinking simultaneously again. You then have to unplug the device, hold the on/off button on the Belkin power brick until the lights stop blinking (another undocumented behavior in the awful documentation). The proper way to charge the iPhone is to get ready to plug it into the device, click the on/off button to see the current charge of the Belkin power brick, and then while those status lights are on (only lasts for ~5 seconds), you need to plug the iPhone in. This is not a requirement on any other power brick I own. The behavior is kind of described in an article on Belkin's website about the iPhone 15, but it's not clear or well written. Suspected issue - I suspect that the main issue is that any modern USB-C equipment that supports whatever protocol is needed for bi-directional power flow just totally confuses this power brick and makes it enter that blinking status light state. The fact that this is so poorly documented/partially undocumented is really silly in a world where many people will have this equipment. Bad support - I already tried to reach out to support chat during normal business hours (non-Holiday weekday at 10:30AM Eastern). I waited for about 30 minutes with the window simply telling me "An agent is on the way". There is no indication of wait time or place in line. Eventually I clicked cancel request and was then told "No one is available to chat." It's not clear if this means no one is working or just I needed to wait longer.

It's the most long lasting powerpack I have ever used. This, plus the integrated cables, make this the best ever. The integrated cables make it so I have one less thing to put in my bag or pocket. This by itself is a brilliant design decision! Lastly, Belkin is a trusted brand so you can trust it's not just a painted brick.

This charger turns off after a few seconds. It charges nothing. Belkin offers no support, not by phone or chat. A complete waste of money.

This does not provide much charge. The belkin was charged up to 4 stars. iPad mini starting from zero power. The mini got to 78% power and the belkin was done. Less than one full charge.

Belkin never shipped my order and no one from customer service was able to cancel it and issue a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. 2 months after my initial order I got an email from Belkin asking me to rate my purchase so I went back to check the tracking number for my order and it still says UPS never received the package to ship to me.

Shopped around a ton for portable batteries after owning several that were poor quality and/or unreliable. Couldn't be happier I landed on this one. Size, design, integrated cables all make it extremely easy to carry and use. Simple, effective, and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this for a family vacation. It worked for a while but the built in charging cords stopped working after a couple weeks of delicate use. The wires break internally due to the charger design being at an angle which causes the end to be stressed, unless you want your device to lay awkwardly on the charger. I didn't notice the problem until after the warranty expired and now I'm stuck with a useless battery pack.

I invested in this to have a high end, reliable charger. Unfortunately it often seems to stop charging so you need to keep plugging/un plugging to get it to go again. It's brand new and it's never worked. Also, battery is disappointing, doesn't charge my iPhone from fully charged. Think it's fault?

I've had this about 9 months and it worked great for charging my phone. Recently, it has been acting weird. Even if fully charged, it intermittently stops charging things. You plug it in to your phone and the phone indicates it is charging and then immediately after that it stops charging. Same thing with my iPad. Not sure what happened. The only way to get to charge the devices again is to unplug it and replug it in. The angle of the charging port and the short cord make me think it's prone to shorting out and internal breakage. It has worked great before that happened. It's rarely used and was stored in the box in came in. Kind of disappointing.

So far this portable power bank works great. Note I have only been using it for a few weeks but it is a great way to keep my iPhone and usb-c devices fully charged on long (greater than 10 hours) bike rides and other outdoor excursions. I like the length of the power cords, which allows me greater flexibility in how I arrange the power bank and the device it is charging. It is also relatively lightweight given the amount of power it stores.
