Belkin 12-Outlet Surge Protector with Dual RJ11 Ports and 8' Power Cord, Black

I bought this surge protector from Best Buy. It was delivered December 23, 2025. It doesn't work. I tried it in multiple outlets. The computer I plugged into it did not start up. Neither of the indicator lights green nor red go on. Is there an on/off switch I am not seeing? Best Buy does not respond to my return requests. Can I return this to you in exchange for one that works?

After 2 years of light use this surge given up by not connected properly with the plugs. I even heard a burning noise inside the plugs. I wanna like this product but should last longer....

I thought this wall mounted surge protector would come with special screws, but certain models don't. I thought Belkin designed quality products; I am not satisfied. I let my handyman hang this up, but he only had too small screws. It kept falling off the screws we had. I tried again today. I wanted both holes to be on the stud. The only way was to turn it upside down. The hole slots are reversed; it got bumped and slanted. I decided to duct tape it to the wall. Bad product design, no provided screws, so stop by the hardware store on your way home. I should have sent it back to Belkin. No, I don't recommend this product.

Lightning struck again. This is the second or third time I have had to change surge protectors because they did their job excellent. Today it required 3 new protectors well worth their $ and no electrical equipment damaged.

I work from home and this came in handy with all the plugs I have. I am able to have more cords neatly under my desk. I love this surge protector, I haven't had any problems with using this. Out of the 12 outlets I have something in 8 of them. No problem with the power on it all.

Most of the outlets I have purchased in the past have a six foot cord at the most. They also don't have near the capacity as yours. Easy to use, easy to see. I sure hope that we don't get it tested as the last one failed a lightning strike that completely took out my wife's computer.

This surge protector is awesome. I love that it has so many outlets available. The slim design is great and provides the opportunity to utilize one wall outlet for multiple devices which comes in handy for gaming consoles.

I run a lot of electronics at my desk and the standard outlet strip does not have enough outlets but this Belkin 12-Outlet surge protector is perfect for my needs. I really like the placement of the outlets and how there are 3 different angles. Another thing I like is the cord holder at the bottom; it makes the wires look a lot neater. It has an on/off switch at the top and a long 8 foot cord. This is a great addition to my home office.

This is exactly what I needed for my office! I have several pieces of equipment that I use for work, so being able to easily keep them all in one place, and plugged into a single surge protector, is fantastic. The added charger slot is amazing because I always lose my power block. Not needing one is a blessing! The cord is 8 feet, so it easily reaches most outlets. Some of these tend to have extra long cables that are unnecessary and hard to hide.

I got this for my entertainment center down in the basement and it is wonderful. When I remodeled down there I didn't put an outlet in the right area so the eight foot cord is a life saver. There is plenty of outlets and the 8 foot cord came in handy

I received this product from my Honest Opinion And I will start by saying it is very basic. It's just a bigger sized strip outlet box. Nothing really sets it apart from the rest. it doesn't have charger ports or any Extra qualities.

I have always been super disorganized with my electronics and keeping them charged. Its been a problem for as long as I can remember. This though- it fits beautifully on my desk, under my sit to stand riser and I plug in all of my chargers and office electronics. I don't see them, but they all have their place, and fit so nice. Its nice to have such a long cord too- as I can place it on my desk for easy reach vs having to crawl around the floor. Definitely recommend!

This extension/ surge protector unit I really like. It's got an extra long cord to plug in and then you can run it pretty much anywhere. You need it, bringing a lot of open outlets where you need them. There's a ton of versatility in the way that you plug things in and where you're going to use it. I'm not sure if it helps but, the braided power cable or rather the braided sheathing on the cord really makes it feel durable. You're going to be able to, of course to hang it up via the included screwdrops on the back. So if you need to got to get it out of the way you can or you can just use it. You know set up on the floor like you normally would.

This surge protector is great. I use it for my home office and it is definitely doing its job. We have frequent issues with our power flickering and I'm always concerned that my office equipment will be damaged. We've experienced a few of these incidents and the surge protector has done its job. I love that the outlets are well spaced out. This placement allows for all 12 outlets to be used unlike some other surge protectors we've had. The low profile main cord is another great feature. It allows for another cord to be plugged info the wall outlet. There is also a cord organizer, which I've not had an opportunity to use yet but as more cords are added this feature come in handy. I highly recommend this Belkin product.

It's flatter than other power strips. I like that about it. It would fit into smaller spaces, if needed. It is attractive looking. It's a high quality power strip.
