This is the opposite of what you need
This is a step up ring. Not a step down ring. It's the exact opposite item someone would want if they are looking to step down their larger threaded lens to a smaller filter. That's what step down means. This is a step up ring.

expensive for what it is...
way over-priced for what it is. only bought this one as no cheaper versions in this on offer at this retailer where i had credit to use.

Switching camera types and makes with no distress of needing to buy a different filter system.

This is a step up, not step down
This is for a 62 thread filter lens to add a 77 filter, and so, a step -up.
No I have to return it but the specs need to be corrected.

Allows you to mix larger filters on smaller lenses. Cuts down on how many you have to carry.
Very solid quality. Threads were sharp making an easy connection to lens.
