The product is broken. The fan doesn't work which is supposed to cool my items. The company refuses to provide me a refund even though we have provided a copy of our credit card receipt and past emails we received from Belkin. We bought the product directly from Belkin.

Love the neutral color, compact design, and how you have an indicator when charging the iPod earbuds. The watch rests on the holder east and the charging indication on the watch displays. Regarding my phone, I have a thicker otter box protector, so it takes a little gentle movement for it to be in the right spot for charging. But it's great to have a three in one charger and no cords?The base is solid and has some weight to it- and I have no fear of it "tipping" over.

Our iPhone 16 did not magnetize well to the charger, even without a case. I have to lay the phone facing the ceiling to charge or it falls off

I'm so happy I purchased this item from Belkin instead of one of the similar items I found elsewhere. The base is heavy enough that it easily supports my devices without any fear of it tipping over. The magnet is the perfect strength: it holds my phone sturdily, but it's also easy to remove with one hand. I love that I can adjust the phone's viewing angle, too. My desk is less cluttered with cords, and the charging station is honestly just nice to look at. Everything charges quickly, and the best feature is the active cooling fan. My phone is so much cooler than when I've used any other magnetic charger. Highly recommend this item!

I have two of these, for each of my USA and Italian homes. They charge the devices quickly. The build quality is fantastic, with smooth surfaces, a nicely damped pivot for the phone, and a solid rubber base to prevent movement.

Easily the best 3-in-one wireless charger I've ever used. It's solid and is weighted beautifully-very important when using it by the bedside-without the slightest flex or worry it's not sturdy enough. In terms of charging power and speed it's exceptional; best I've ever had. I realize it might sound cheesy, but it's the Mercedes Benz of chargers. A superb device!

I have not had a 3-in-1 magnetic charger before, I just got an apple watch, but after looking at lots of them, decided to go with the belkin, I really like it, it could definitely go on a nightstand or out of the bedroom, on a desk, I have mine on a shelf where it is easy to remember to charge my watch throughout the day. Definitely recommend it, heavy enough not to tip over and secure enough to hold up the phone. Could use the phone as a bedside clock.

Before purchasing this product, I strongly recommend researching not only this model but other wireless chargers from this brand. There seems to be a consistent issue where the phone charging section fails prematurely. In my case, I purchased two Belkin BoostCharge Pro 3-in-1 (Qi2) units, and both presented the exact same failure on the same day: the main charging pad stopped delivering power, even though the internal cooling fans are still spinning and the other zones work. After reporting the issue, Belkin contacted me via X and phone to offer a refund. However, the process has hit a wall due to unnecessary bureaucracy. I purchased these units through Amzn (sold by Amzn Europa), which generates an "Order Summary" as the official proof of purchase for international transactions. Despite this document containing every necessary detail (store name, date, itemized pricing, and order number), Belkin's refund department insists on an "official ticket" format that simply does not exist for Amzn Global cross-border sales. I have explained this repeatedly, confirming with Amzn support that no further documentation is available, yet Belkin refuses to process the refund using the clear evidence provided. It has been 5 days since the last update from their team. I have sent daily follow-up emails with zero response, and the official website chat offers no help other than "keep waiting." It is disappointing that a premium brand has such poor quality control on their hardware and a support system incapable of handling international purchase documentation. I cannot recommend this product until they address component durability and provide more flexible, responsive customer service for users outside the US.

If you are looking for a Charging device, this is it. I love this 3 in 1 Magnetic Charging Dock for my iPhone 15 Pro, iWatch 10, and my iPods Pro 2. Everything is charged in one convenient location. The Charging dock has some weight to it so I know it won't tip over. When charging all three devices at once, you will have a longer charging wait time. Not a big deal; just be aware of it. I love the little fan on the back side that provides cooling for the Watch when charging. That fan has an On/Off switch so if you are not charging the Watch, no wasting of electrical resources. I highly recommend this device.
