Awesome tripod. Lightweight but sturdy. Sets up quickly with lever locks. Only 3 sections, which makes this gem even sturdier. Totally impressed and highly recommend!

Like my new Benro tripod. Very sturdy and exactly what I needed for my Olympus E1X with my new 100-400mm lens.

A real Tripod. Add a Sirui 30X ball head and you have a real setup with out spending a fortune.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a compact yet sturdy tripod. It holds my 5D Mark IV with the 100-400 II lens beautifully. For me, the flip locks are much easier and quicker to deploy than the twist lock leg sections.

To be honest, I have made a huge research before picking, but benro made me satisfied so far. I am not yet professional, learning all different techniques, benro supports me so great. Easy to travel with user friendly, light weight and steady tripod, tested with different occasion so far, checked with Water, shooting at cold nights.

I must say I was a bit hesitant to make this $$ purchase since I have two “lesser $” and one “greater $$$” tripods. My desire for a strong, solid but light weight unit is why I looked at this piece to begin with. The similar tripod TMA-38-C has some good reviews but I’m not a fan of twist leg locks. I’ve added a Neewer leveling base, the Benro piece is way more expensive and another brand video head to keep my bases alike. I plan on doing a video review on my tripod purchases that will include an extensive look at this Benro unit vs the others.

Great Tripod, lightweight specially for how much weight it can handle, It doesn't leave you wanting for any features.

I used it and returned. I mounted Pentax 70-200 f2.8 and legs started to yield to the weight. This happens when the surface is uneven. It happened to me hiking trail. If the surface is flat, then it is ok. When I say uneven surface, I mean difference of 3 inches, not much. I had paid ($). So much for 250$ tripod. I do not recommend this to anyone.

It does everything and more than comparable tripods at an affordable price! Wish it was a tad smaller when folded for portability.

I recently purchased this Benro TAD28c tripod in anticipation of some overseas travel photography and I like it very much. Fairly lightweight but sturdy enough to support an FX camera with a 24-35 Sigma lens. The three leg sections is taking me some time to get used to and I wish that it wasn't made in China but I'm pleased with the purchase.
