This is a very good device for what it is. It's an interface for connecting an instrument and a microphone to a computer for recording. Any kind of signal processing would have to be done on the computer. You could play back the output through PA speakers or use headphones. It also has to be connected to a computer to work. If you want more mixing or EQ options, something that doesn't require a computer connection to work, or if you want to connect to a guitar amplifier, this is not for you. I would recommend this product for people who want to record on a computer and plan to use computer software for signal processing, though I personally decided that this was not what I needed.

This is a great easy to use audio interface. I was able to record a podcast with it and it sounded fantastic. It doesn't include any fancy bundled software, but if that's not an issue for you then this is a great choice.

Very versatile. Windows, Mac, etc... Surprised about the quality and results from such an affordable USB Audio Interface. Way to go Behringer. Also, great packaging and shipping from Adorama.

I just reviewed this in the bundle but here's for the mixer itself: This is the first mixer I've owned so I may not know much about mixer quality. This is obviously on the cheaper end with the Focusrite Scarlet being the next tier, followed by the beautiful GoXLR series. My mic sounds great and I do have the gain all the way up on the mixer but I'm sure I can make some changes once I learn what I'm doing. My mic sounds really good, my listeners enjoy it and I'm glad I didn't blow all my money on a mixer. In the future, I'd love the GoXLR but if you're looking at this, you're on the same budget I am :)

Is this the most professional audio interface? No, but as a beginner podcaster, it has gotten me going quickly. It's just plug and play. I'm using Audacity, and had to do no additional setup within the program since it automatically detected the interface, which was great! Build quality - pretty cheap build, but I can't imagine I'll be throwing my interface around too much for that to mater to me. So, if that's what keeps the price down, I'm all for it. I'm using an Audio Technica ATR 2100 mic with this interface, and have not yet run across any issues. I definitely recommend this for anyone starting out!

It's nice, little latency and good response. It would have been perfect if it had had a output level for headphones playback. The only knob it's for the main output level.

The pre amp is very cheap but has a surprisingly low noise floor and it works well even for dynamic mic's. The delay is also very low

exactly what i needed. detected no latency or difference in sound. no noise when used at reasonable gain. easy to use, good build quality, and aesthetically pleasing. it actually fell off of my piano and slammed into the hardwood floor but shows no sign of internal or external damage. i'm very happy with this purchase.

I love this box. I was contemplating buying the Scarlett but didn't want to spend too much just to pursue a hobby. I went with the Behringer and I am so glad I did. Setup is simple and my guitar sounds great.

These interfaces are super easy to set up. All we did was plug them in. The laptops and computers connected and recognized the mics that were plugged in and we were off. I have a start up and my partners are located in different places. We use these for meetings at way less of the cost of a full conference call set up. They make the mics we use sound great. The interface does exactly what I need it to do. I will be purchasing more. Great product.

Although I got misinformed via the person I chatted with prior to purchase about whether this unit included a phantom power supply -- (he said it did not, but it does) -- it works like a charm. Easy to figure out, no glitches.

The sound interface is high quality and the volume can get very quiet or very loud. It has never quit on me except for once, but when I left it overnight, it worked again in the morning, so no problems there. It does provide a full 48 volts of phantom power to my condenser mic and the direct monitor is very responsive due to its low latency. I can't say much about the rear ports because I have never used them, but otherwise, this is a very solid interface. Would buy again!

Bought this for a condenser mic that I used for voice communication, streaming, and video recording. I'm just talking (not doing any professional studio work or anything). This thing certainly does the job. Made the mic loud enough for my computer to pick up well without background noise or feedback. I operate it at about 75% gain at 75% volume (gain on the interface volume on my computer) and it comes out loud and clear. Higher than that and there gets to be a little feedback (nothing bad by any means but it is noticeable above those levels). Like I said I am not doing anything special with it, but compared to other audio interfaces this thing seems to do what it needs to with a much smaller price tag. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing an audio interface on a budget.

It took a while to figure everything out regarding why there was no sound from the device. Turned out the windows audio settings had to be set to Stereo not mono, even though I was recording a electric guitar via the mono cable. What can I say Im a newb. The price is good for this box, I would recommend it if you are just getting in to recording an instrument.

Had issues getting inputs to work with drivers on their site, instructions are really not clear, but this does work! The monitor outputs work very well and I was getting low (no?) latency so live playing feels 100%live. I was p%ssed off like other reviewer but stick to it and google around a bit, it will pay off. Patience is it's own reward.
