Got unit, didn't need it, couldn't return it: customer service wouldn't answer in a reasonable amount of time(12/2/24). And that's the 2nd time that happened; I tried to contact in October 2024 when the expedited order for this item had not arrived and the hold was >37 minutes (I did other work to their hold music before giving up on them). Today I tried to call again to return it - since it didn't come in time and I was leaving on a trip I had to attain one otherwise, and the wait time was 26 minutes; there was no option to leave my number and get a callback. Now the problem is that the 30-day return has passed, and there's no way for them to override that. I understand that there could be a 30-day return window, but considering my travel plans and then the long hold time upon returning, I was unable to make the thirty days. Now I'm stuck with an expnsive unit I don't need and over an hour trying to get through to check on the order pre-travel and later to return post-travel because it came late. So, buyer beware: You bought it, you own it, there's no practical way to return unneeded items. ...unless you have over a half hour to hold for a customer service representative. And that goes for checking on late orders too.

I love this. Works great. I wish there were more options like this that had both usb and USBC. This is such a stellar product. Have been using a month and doesn't crap out or fall out of wall. Love!

It is not that bulky and heavy as your standard MBP brick charger. It is very portable and lightweight compared to your regular MBP charger. Both ports work well. Good job Belkin!

I Love that I have two USB ports to charge multiple items. The C charger that came with it's my son's phone perfectly so he can fast charge in a little bit of time while I charge my iPhone at the same time. I don't feel it takes from the charging power at all have a duel ports. Definitely recommend buying this as it is a good deal.

This charger has been AMAZING! I love the fact it has 2 USB slots. My hubby and I can charge our phones next to each other at the same time. Super convenient for trips! It seems to give my phone a pretty quick charge also.

I have never seen my iPhone charge so fast! I use my phone a lot so I'm always wearing down my cellphone battery. This charger cuts my charge time by more than half! It is a total game changer. A must have for anyone who loves being on their phone.

Great for charging my phone and headphones. All at the same time in one plug. First used it at work on my lay over. Just to see if both items would charge. And to my surprise it did it Jon well. I will be buying more for my household.

Got this to keep plugged in behind my nightstand so I can charge my watch and phone. It works great and charged my devices VERY quickly, much quicker than the factory charger. Bought another one for the kiddos.

I had high expectations for this product and I really wanted to love it..but I can't..I used the cord and box to charge my phone and after an hour of my phone charging, without me using it, it had not gained power, but lost it. I'm really disappointed..

This house charger is good for charging two devices at the same time sometimes my kids charge their tablets and i want to charge my phone at the same time now i am able to do that thats what i like but honestly it doesn't charge as fast as i want it to be but its ok because now i have room on my plug two devices on the belkin charger and one on my regular charger but is a very good quality the charger is a little heavy .

This two-port wall charger is going to be super helpful when I start traveling again. I always fine myself either bringing one wall-plug and having to rotate between charging my camera, kindle, rechargeable battery pack, and my phone, but with this, you can charge two items at once. It seems to charge at a normal speed, though that could also be down to the cords I'm using with it. It is a little bit bulkier than one of the one-port wall chargers, so make sure to either use the bottom plug on the wall outlet or have enough room on your surge protector.

I'm so glad I have this usb charger! I have a watch that needs that kind of outlet to charge and this is perfect! It fits perfectly allowing space for an additional plug. I recommend this product and would buy again.

I cannot express how happy I am to have found this charger. Charger is great and charged my devices very fast. I love how I can charge 2 devices at once. So far I have changed my 2 iPhones and they have worked fine. I can also charge pretty much about anything I can think of. Works great!

I'm constantly looking for ways to clear out the cluster of wires that pile up on my desk. The only thing I wish was different would be more usb ports! I love the idea of consolidating anything and everything, and this has helped clean up my space. I also notice faster charge times!

This is such a handy wall charger. We're somehow always short on wall chargers so it's great to have a dual unit to charge my phone and tablet at the same time. It works well and charges all my devices as expected. I especially like this for travel so I don't have to take multiple units with me. It is pretty big so it takes up extra space on a power strip as does any larger charger so this isn't a big deal to me. Overall works well.

I was really looking forward to this charger until I got it and realized it's positioning. It holds 2 USB cords but takes up 2+ outlets with completely defeats the purpose to me. So sadly it's sitting in the junk drawer in case others brake. Had this been positioned better it would've been 5 stars but I can't even use it

We don't have many accessible plug ins in our living room so the dual charger comes in handy when both myself and my wife need to charge our phones. The white body of this charger blends in well with the white outlets that we have. It's small as well so it doesn't stick too far out from the wall and makes storing it very easy. I did notice quite a difference in how long my phone took to charge compared to a normal charger, this one was much quicker. Overall, I'm very impressed with this.

Works well, stays in the wall, has two ports that work. Looks sleek and good shape. It's large enough to not lose but doesn't block the other plug. It's a good product and it's not too wide if you needed it in a power strip.

Belkin boost charger is probably my favorite I can charge two things at once Like two different phones with different ends so I absolutely love it. I definitely recommend to everyone.. it helps out if you have two different phone charging cables
