Have not even had this for 6 months, and all of a sudden it stopped working. It charges my iphone but not my apple watch. There is no customer support. Help please!

Loved the charger, It started off wonderful and very convenient. I kept it on my nigh stand to charge my items, unfortunately i have to give it 1 star since It just stopped charging randomly after about 2 years. It is a great option but for the price i was expecting something that would last longer especially with me not transporting it often or even handling it a lot. Disappointed I wasted my money I still have a wireless charger from another brand that is working 5 plus years later so this company just isn't really quality. It has a 2 year warranty so its very interesting it just stopped right after the 2 year mark... and this isn't just an issue i had alone, I bought one for my sister at the same time from Verizon and hers stopped as well around the same time mine did. Don't waste your money

Love the product. Quality build, works great, charges well - everything you'd want. Just better hope it doesn't break. Belkin support is pretty unhelpful / inflexible. I needed a new power adapter and was told that they don't sell them separately, so I'd need to buy a full new one, or figure it out on my own. Not to mention, this simple conversation with support took about 20 mins.

I love the product and everything about it works great. Only issue I've seen is that I have the Apple Watch Ultra and it doesn't fit well on the wireless charging stand. It doesn't stand upright and likes to fall to either side which kinda sucks. Maybe they could add an accessory to add to make it not slippery and stand upright. Other than that it's a great product.

This charger worked fine but now the iPhone charger does not completely charge my iPhone. Support said to check my firmware although there is no way to check the version. Their direction to check does not work. This is an expensive charger and I'm disappointed in its performance.

COME ON BELKIN! ?? Why is the location for AirPod charging a beveled circle? The AirPod case has ALWAYS been rectangular. If the AirPod case isn't put EXACTLY centered over the circular divet, it won't charge. The product itself has good quality and does what it's supposed to do, though I didn't test the fast charging claims. Unfortunately the product comes with a proprietary power adapter and connector, which (in case of damage or loss) is not sold separately. I'm returning the product and will buy it again if it's reengineered with a USB-C port! (not a hardwired USB-C cable)

I looked to be an amazing product and I was super excited to get it out of the box and start using it right away. Unfortunately it has not been a fun experience. The iPods and iwatch hook up great. However no matter what phone case I put on my phone, and no matter what different positions I place the phone on the charger I can't get the phone to hold. It keeps falling off due to it being too heavy. I have a iPhone 13 max which on the box indicates it is compatible with the charger. FYI it's not.

I love the product but it doesn't work with all of my devices. I have Beats Fit Pro headphones vs. the airpods. Both made by Apple (similar style case and everything) but only "Airpods" work with this charger. I'll be returning mine.

Great product! Besides being the only product of its kind that offers 15W Magsafe charging, the design of this product is great and looks very premium. Not sure if I would splurge $150 dollars for this, but I got it on sale for $110 and that was worth it.

This charger does its job really well. My old Apple Watch charger took over an hour to charge. This one I can go from 0-75 in about 40 minutes. I love it.

I love this thing. The magnet holding the phone is powerful - that phone isn't going anywhere. Looks really nice when all 3 devices are there. Charging is very fast for all 3 devices. Looks elegant, very well made - typical of Belkin which has made superior products for years. Love the fact that you can turn phone horizontally and use it as a really nice - large - alarm clock app, which iPhone automatically starts up for you the minute you put the phone on the stand. This is not the cheapest three-way you can find but its the best.

Cleaned up nightstand solution, love the look and ease of this charging system. The magnet is strong on the phone stand. However, the magnet on the watch does not hold my Apple Watch Ultra with the same band as pictured in the charger straight, it is too heavy and rotates. That is a little annoying to me. I would like it to stand tall and not look like it is falling off. It does charge well, just looks sloppy on the watch only. Note: It does need to be powered directly to the wall.
