I am very disappointed in this device and how long it takes to charge my phone. Not worth the $ and wish I could return for something different.

The products are fine. I get a least an email a day asking to buy more. I unsubscribe every time I get one and they keep coming. I don't respect or purchase from vendors that ignore my requests, and therer are lots of these types of products on the market but I do enjoy my product from belkin

Just opened the box - it was a gift from Apple. The lack of a manual / instructions is very annoying. There are apparently different settings for different Apple I watches. With a bunch of diagrams that tell you that there are three different watch settings without any clue as to how you move the settings and which settings you should move it to.

I have two, may by a third for travel, and think it is great as I can charge two phones and my watch or a phone, ear pods, and my watch. It is easy to use, looks great, and works.

Awesome and lightweight ~ it fits on my dash for charging in long trips as well. This is awesome but I don't need a watch right now.

The unit initially seemed to be a great idea. My iPhone 15 charges as well as my watch. The AirPods?not so much. Then I read other users having the same problem!. They don't charge at all. For the price, one would expect a fully functional unit.

So, left a review the other day, and got a response from Belkin via the review. Was directed to call support, which I did first think in the morning when support was supposed to be available. Waited on hold for almost 45 minutes. At least I got to hear classical music while on hold. Guess there is really few if any real people to assist customers. I would have updated my review, but it appears that there is no option to do that. Perhaps the reason is that Belkin gets the last word, and can appear to be helpful without actually doing anything real. At this time, seems my BoostCharge Pro will be my final Belkin product. I am quite annoyed at this point that the suggestion to reach out to support based on my prior review resulted in an utter waste of my time.

iPhone 15 Pro Max charging performs poorly in my view. When originally purchased, I had a iPhone 11, and I assumed the weak charging performance was based the phone being older and not specifically a MagSafe device. Recently, I updated to a new phone, and the charging performance is slow. The phone can sit on the charger for an hour and perhaps the charge increases a few percent. Not sure what I fully expected, but it was certainly better than this for a premium product. Just glad it charges my AirPods and iWatch at this point. Otherwise, I would give up on the charger.

BoostCharge Pro: Fresh out of the box and no printed instructions. Drawings in lieu of instructions remind me of a certain European furniture and lifestyle company. The phone and watch chargers work fine. The airpods charger doesn't work at all. No instructions on how to fix it; and, the website is inscrutable unless you are trying to buy something. (Non)Service after the sell is making consider sending the whole thing back to Apple.

I picked this up yesterday directly from the Apple store. Everything worked great expect for one flaw with AirPods wireless charging - there is no mechanism to signal to the charging pad to stop sending a charge when the AirPods are fully charged. This means the charger will heat up AirPods indefinitely. I checked the temperature with a laser heat probe and the case was at 97F after 8 hours on the charger. The ambient air temperature in the room was 68F - ideal conditions. I chatted with Belkin Support and they confirmed this was the normal behavior and recommended I just remove the case from the mat when charging was complete. This doesn't work for me since I leave them to charge overnight and frequently leave them plugged in for a day or two at a time. Having to monitor the charge and remove it when charging is complete defeats the purposes of a device like this - namely convenience. I don't know if the issue here is on the Belkin side or the Apple side, based on some research I think it's an issue with the AirPods themselves and not Belkin. Either way, it's unfortunate since I really like the product otherwise; but for me it's just not worth the risk of prematurely aging the batteries. Back to wired charging for me.

Really awful. Terrible cord. Visible and cheap looking. Phone stops charging for no reason...can't get the air pods to charge. Watch is fine but what a waste.

I don't like the barrel charger & no matter where I plug it in something doesn't charge. I either get a dead battery on my phone, sometimes my watch and today it's my headphone case - charged all night and it's running on empty. Lights and devices indicate they are charging but obviously not so well. Belkin if you read this, please reach out.

This charger works well with all my devices. It is functional and efficient, looks nice on my bedside table without taking up too much room. Watch charging seems particularly fast. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Very fast charging, I got this recently because I switched from a galaxy watch to an apple watch ultra & this was the perfect replacement. It not only charges fast but is aesthetically pleasing & great value compared to competitors.

Excellent charging system. It is perfect for traveling and eliminating the need to pack (and keep track of) numerous cords for each of your devices. Great for everyday home and work use too. Keep one on your bedside table and one at your work desk.

Although this charger looks and feels nice, it fails in the one things it's supposed to do. Like a lot of the reviews state, this thing charges very slowly, sometimes not at all. I've only had this for a few days but from the start, I've noticed it only charges my iPhone about 5% in 2 hours. Same issue when charging my AirPods. I've tried unplugging to reset it but I think this is just a poor product. I do not recommend this charger to anyone. Additionally, this site makes it quite difficult to make returns. Since the links to request a refund seem to be getting me nowhere, I will have to make a call. This will be the last time I purchase anything from Belkin.

I just purchased this for my iPhone, iwatch and my AirPods. Wow, it's great.. I don't have to use 3 different plugs only this because it charges all 3.. Wow it's great!! I'm going on vacation next week and it's perfect to take. Just this pad and it's plug and that's it.. I'm set!!! Great product!!! Wish I bought it earlier....
