Looks great but fails to charge early on after purchase. Purchased from Apple Store, high price tag and worked great for 5-6 months. Now at least twice a week it stops charging overnight or won't charge when phone is docked (Apple Watch always charges fine) have to unplug it at the wall and try again. Very very unreliable for such a cool looking stand and high price point.

Great charger! I use this every night to charge my phone, my watch while showering, and my AirPods when needed. It charges quickly and the magnet is strong. It feels smooth and has a nice heft. I have recommended it to many friends and family. Do it!

Based on some of the reviews, I got 6 mos of use before it turned into a brick ?out of no where?. So I guess I was luckier than most. Had I known it had these problems I wouldn't have purchased it-direct from Apple Store. Figured they have done their due diligence. Lesson learned. Extremely disappointed in both Belkin and Apple, especially having to wait for a replacement (based on other's reviews). In future I'll steer clear.

I bought this at an Apple store and it quit working after 2 months. Apple won't take it back or refund because its past the 2 week window and Belkin will only send me a replacement (which I don't want). Belkin won't give me a store credit - lesson learned, buy direct or not at all. Looks like Belkin is going to send me a replacement, which I no longer need....why would I want another one of these after it quit working after 2 months?

This item is not a quality product. It wakes me up with a chirp at various times during the A.M. hours and there appears to be no way to stop that from happening. Also, in 8 hours it only charged my phone from 45% to 79%. (Every now and then, it will get to almost 100%.) It does better charging my watch. But the bottom line is that I can do better (faster), and not be awakened every night, by using the free line charges that come with the devices. This product seems to be way overpriced, inadequate, and frankly, bad for my health.

Although this charger is physically solid and weighted sufficiently to safely hold a watch and phone, mine stopped working after three weeks of use. I ordered it from Apple and they agreed to replace it, but that still doesn't leave me with a warm fuzzy thinking about the longevity of this device. A general comment about the device is that the cord is not detachable, which means if the cord gets damaged you have to throw the entire device away. The cord should be removable/replaceable. Also, there is no power indicated (e.g. LED), so you have no idea if it is powered or not.

Great product that works well. This replaced a cheaper charger that would only show the time on my phone at night for 4-5 hours. While connected to the Belkin, my phone shows time all night and my phone charges fully. I've only used it for 2 nights and I hope it keeps working considering some of the service difficulties that I'm reading about from others

I have never been one for fancy tech, but since I got an Apple Watch for better management of my ADHD, I figured I'd splurge on the fast charging paperweight. I'm suberbly perturbed, as the main feature for me was the watch charger and it only sporadically works. The watch also never fully charges. The phone charges at an average speed, but it also glitches out like there's a power surge. There's no issue with my outlets, and I've tried the dock at multiple offices. Now that I'm reading the reviews, it would appear Belkin is selling lemons.

This product works <50% of the time. I often place my watch and phone on the charger without any successful charging. There doesn't seem to be any specific reason why it will or won't charge. I have had it for less than two weeks and will be reaching out to customer support.

Incredibly slow compared to my regular charger. It can take hours for my phone to fully charge. I got it at a deep discount as an Apple employee or else I would return it.

It's good to have a charging base such as this type to charge both Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max and Apple Watch Ultra (GEN 1) in your bedroom simultaneously charging these two most used devices. It's also useful when your in the bathroom, brushing your teeth in the morning or, your in the shower to charge either device until your finished and, I would recommend this charging base to anyone with the need to charge their devices in the bedroom.

Bought this charger when i was traveling in Italy now in june. werry happy to begin with with the product but then it stopped to charging the iphones so now it can only be used to charge apple watches. Its hard for me to talk to the store where I bought it because i live in Iceland. I bought this item because it looks grate and was mate by Belkin but now I´m starting do wonder if that is any recommendation.

Looks nice. Moves nicely. I like the adjustable display for the phone. Problem is it will not fully charge my phone while playing white noise. My normal phone plug will charge 100% while playing white noise at night. But not this devise. It is also on the inconsistent side with charging my watch. But when it works it works well. Just noticed it said the lack of charge was due to phone temperature last night? not sure why. It hasn't done this when plugged in, at least not that iv noticed as it's all 100% charged.

Bought this at Apple Store to charge phone and watch. Started chiming at 3 in the morning. Tried with watch and without watch, tried charging my wife's phone instead of mine, tried plugging into surge protector and into wall plug. Nothing worked. Between 3 and 4 am, it woke me up. Belkin replaced it, and new one did it just like the old one did. Asked for refund, and they refused. Don't buy. It's junk. $130 paperweight...ugh!!

I bought two of these from Apple and they both don't work properly!!! It will work like half of the time. I've isolated it several times. Also, the power block is hidden in the package so make sure you find it.

This is objectively a beautiful dock (and worlds better than most of the super tech-y looking stuff out there), but the way this thing powers seems like an afterthought. This is likely going on nightstands all over the world, yet, it requires that you use the provided 30W power brick which is long and boxy. It sticks way out and doesn't leave room on the outlet for much else save a slim lamp plug. Furthermore, it will not work with a USB outlet. We have 60W USB-C ports in our outlet, and despite these being well above the requirement for the charger, it will not use them. So an outlet that could support 2 devices and 2 appliances now only can accept one Belkin charging dock. Dumb.

This charger stopped working in less than six weeks when it simply stopped charging my iPhone and Apple Watch Ultra. The charger hadn't moved an inch from its prior location when it stopped, so there was no user error. And there were no power outages at my home that might have shorted the circuitry. Belkin technical support could not repair the device, and so I returned it as an RMA/warranty replacement. After sending it back, Belkin customer support did not bother to reach out to tell me that the product is back ordered and cannot be replaced for six more weeks. I learned this after I called Belkin customer support wondering what had happened with my RMA. All in, not a positive experience with this Belkin product or customer support, despite being a longtime Belkin customer.

Had a hard time trying to decide what charging dock/pad to buy. Looked over hundreds of reviews to find correct fit but sometimes is difficult who to trust/ listen to. I decided to go with the 2 in 1 dock. Most of the reviews were based off of shipping problems. I have had the product for over a month now and I love it. Love that the charger is built in to base and that it is usb-c. It does not come with power block but not surprised since it is the norm now. I noticed that a few reviews mentioned that it was hard to line up magnet to charge? Well I am here to say that with my otter box mag safe case on, it will pull my phone to where it goes after placing it on platform. I have iPhone 15 Pro Max and use the tilt function and it has not fallen off once. I have used the platform to charge AirPods. The only thing I would say about this product is my watch doesn't fit on it very well. What I mean is that my arm bands dangle down and hit the table which forces it off the charger so I have to curl them. Arm bands come in many different styles so it may not do anything.
