The SSD is phenomenal! I use it for my Playstation 5 and it works really great. It was easy to install and moving games between console storage to the 990 pro is really fast.

I bought those drive because everybody was recommending Samsung ssd. I have used other brands in the past but never samsung. I have been using the galaxy series of phones for a long time and have loved them so I thought i would give it a try. It runs faster than I expected. No problems. It has run constantly since I bought it. No signs of any type of failure. It just keeps going. I would highly recommend any of the evo drives. Quick, no thermal issues, instant access. Everything you want in a quality drive.

Consistent speeds. Great amount of storage for games and applications. Loading times for games and software are much improved over normal hard drives and the 870 evo ssd. Consistent speeds for read and write operations. Good thermal performance with stock motherboard heatsink. Performance is also great in ps5 with a aftermarket heatsink for ps5 to use with this ssd.

I am super happy with the Samsung NVMe drives. The speed is incredible. It is super reliable, next to no latency, & the temperature stays within optimal operating temps. Nothing speeds up a computer quite like a quality drive like these. I've had them for some years now and have had no issues at all. I loved it so much that I bought a 2nd one to put into my PlayStation 5, and it works flawlessly.

This SSD has been excellent so far. After hearing about the firmware issue that had the potential to permanently damage some drives, I made sure to update mine before it could affect my NVMe. The update went smoothly, and since then it has been my primary SSD without any issues. Performance has been consistently outstanding. I haven't experienced any problems with speed or temperatures, even under heavier workloads. It also delivers some of the best latency I've seen, especially when compared to other budget SSDs available online. Beyond its performance, the drive has been extremely reliable, and I haven't noticed any signs of endurance or stability issues. Even though this is one of the best SSD's on the market for gaming and A/V editing, it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS how expensive pc parts have gotten in such a short period of time... This NOW sells for $1100.00 in 4tb configuration, but just 2 years ago, I paid $302.00 for the SAME exact product!!
