This Manfrotto 146B High Aluminum Stand Extension attaches to the top of your heavy duty stand and extends its height an additional 53 - 123.5" (1.4 x 3.1 m). It has two locking riser sections. It tops off with a removable reversible Baby (5/8") stud with 3/8" and 1/4"-20 thread. It also will accept a Junior (1-1/8") stud.
