Manfrotto 190XB 3Tripod

I am a Plein Air Artist & use this several times a week. By far this has been the best tripod I've used. Probably the last I'll have to buy!

Great Tripod - No complaints

Did a lot of research before deciding on this tripod/head combination. I heard only good things about Manfrotto products but wasn't sure between these legs or the 190XDB. The leg releases on the 190XB are definitely worth the extra price. They make setting the tripod up or closing it a breeze. I couldn't imagine twisting each leg instead of letting gravity do all the work. Only downside to the ball head is there isn't a bubble level or a way to pan (which I knew in advanced but didn't feel as though I absolutely needed either). Some say this tripod is heavy but I couldn't believe how light it was. I easily use it as a walk around tripod with no complaints. I would recommend it to anyone.

About Manfrotto 190XB

Built on the same ergonomically improved design as the 190XPROB but without the horizontal center column feature, the 190XB is lighter in weight and slightly more compact.
