Compact yet very sturdy.

I use it with both my DSLRs and my cell phone (with adapter) for some low-to-the-ground pictures and videos.

NIce

A great table top tripod at a reasonable price. I use with a clamp for a phone holder and with a clamp for a tablet.

Nice. I use it quite a bit on location.

Great little tripod for use with a smartphone and the right holder. Also works with DSLR with smaller lenses, or even a longer lense with a tripod collar, when set upon a steady surface (table, bench, car roof, rock, log , etc.).

Top notch mini tripod

I'm using 2 of these to mount to my Manfrotto camera slider and it works great. High Quality stands.

Great little tripod

Definitely strong enough for D7100 and lens. Very sturdy, great size for travel and using on tabletops. Put a Manfrotto 496RC2 Ball Head on this and works great.

Finally found what i'm looking for.

This Table Top Tripod is very easy to use. It is small but very solid and sturdy. I tested it on my camera with battery grip on it, mounted big lens, with flash attached (a good 4.7 lbs), NO shake, it holds tight, NO problem at all. But I prefer to use the Manfrotto 234RC head i had with my old mono pod, against the designated ball head, because the base of the 234RC is set to 180 degrees level when attached to the tripod, just adjust the lens angle and you are ready to fire. While the designated ball head gives you hard time adjusting everything to make it right, in a very tight work space. I also use this little tripod as hand grip or handle for hand held video (hold with your left hand though, so that your right hand is free for the adjustment buttons and the camera grip for more support), made my camera more steadier than without it. Sometimes I just put it on a tabletop, or on top of the cabinet on in book shelve when I wanted to be with the video. I also use it to camera flash with flash trigger on it. Just be creative, you will be surprised how versatile is this little wonder.

Well Made

Nicely made tripod but won't work without a tripod head on most cameras because it has 3/8" threads - most cameras have 1/4" threads. This tripod does not appear to be available with standard 1/4" threads.

Tougher than I thought

I like the size of the tripod. It fits into the car glovebox keeping it out of the way and still easily accessibe. The legs fold out easily. It's very tough. I dropped it on the driveway and because of its tough construction there were no nicks, scratches, dents, or bends. It is just the tripod you need when you need to take a quick photo from the side of the road because of the tripod's size, you can fold the legs out and set the tripod on the hood of your car and not worry about it tipping over.

Fits in Pocket & Strong Enough for SLR

Are you tiered of balancing your SLR on a bag, sticks, or just the table for a long exposure? Well this Bogen-Manfrotto Tabletop Tripod is your awnser. I do alot of shoots in dark bars, and restraunts. I usely end up balancing my SLR using my phone, or bag, or hold it between my knees for those 1/2 second and longer exposures. But now with this talbetop tripod, I can just add a small ball head to it and plop it out on a table and starting taking stablized photos. This tripod measure about 2 inches tall when the legs are out. It appears to be an all metal constuction, and it has a Male Thread size of 3/8". It is small enough to fit in my pocket, but sturdy enough for my SLR.
