This is my second Manfrotto 299B to compliment my first one which has served me well for about a year now. As for value, I think the Avanger Roller is better as it's about the same price but built far more robustly, but this stand is lightweight, rolls smoothly, and fits Elinchrom flash heads without the (Kupo) adapter that all C-stands (full baby pin) needs to prevent wobble.
