Excellent 3 axis head, very secure, handles my Nikon F3 with 1200mm f11 Nikkor with no problems, I haven't trid it yet with the 2000mm f11 Reflex yet but I'm pretty sure it will handle it. The adjustment handles are just the right size, have POSITIVE locking without having to use a torque wrench.
