Fits Bogen Manfrotto 3021 just fine

It looks just like the image, and it fits my Bogen/Manfroto 3021 just fine. The "video pin" will unscrew easily as well when not needed.

Great service, fast delivery!

This has been a great tripod! Not only have I used it for photography, but I also use it to mount a rather large set of binoculars (25 x 100). Any movement whatsoever will cause the binocular's image to waiver, but the tripod keeps it rock steady. I've had this tripod for 10 years now and never it's never had a problem, but I needed to replace the mounting plate for the one I lost.

rapid connect plate.

Works as expected if you ignore the arrow on the bottom that points 60 degrees off. The release lever action is also a little tight.

It's a quick release plate. There really isn't much to say about it, except don't misplace it or you'll need to wait a week to use your tripod like I did...

Superb!!

This Manfrotto 030-14 Mounting Plate is perfect!! I now have 3, and they're in use constantly! The thumb screw goes in quickly and is easily locked in, I have yet to have on loosen or back out. I highly recommend this mounting plate!

How does it work?

OK, I read the reviews and everyone said it was a 'must have' so I ordered one with my tripod... now I have it and I have NO idea how to use it or what to do with it... and there are no instructions with it. It has a captured thumbscrew so the two pieces don't come apart; so I haven't a clue how it attaches between a camera and a tripod. duh...

Fantastic quick change

I have a Benbo tripod with Manfrotto ball and rapid release head, you just put these plates on each camera and long lens, they just snap in and release with a lever pull. This system is by far the best I've used, if you attach them correctly to each camera you may not have to reposition the shot after changing the camera.

This mounting plate attaches well to head of tripod and is light weight and releases quickly. It is also well priced. Lost my first one that came with the head on the tripod and happy to be able to find a replacement at Adorama.
