When it comes to using super clamps and magic arms to set up camera shots, in my case YouTube videos.  It seems like you can never have enough little adapters to get things to fit just right.  Its amazing how such a simple little thing can make all of the difference

It can be use with many accessories like speedlights, softbox and others adapters, and good quality.

Easy to use, useful

The good part about this piece is that it has a flat spot running the length of it that makes it easy to mount a piece of hardware with a tightening knob over it, and tighten securely against the flat area, keeping the hardware upright.

It seems to shout out aspirations of a greater potential than to just adapt 1/4"x20 Female thread to 3/8" Female thread. handy doodad ...

I bought these to mount umbrella brackets on a clamp (DIY super clamp, a la Strobist). Works great for the purpose and the flat side help to prevent spinning of the bracket.

Solid, works great

Bought it to mount a strobe head to one of my tripods. Does what it needs to do so I am happy. Made out of Brass and like mentioned before it has a flat side to its design so that the accessories mounted to it can be tightened down securely and not rotate.
