I use the dolly under my 25x100 binos on a Manfrotto 502AH head and 028B head. The rig is fairly heavy. While I could easily pan (say, 90°) I would be on the other side of the elevator crank. Physically turning the tripod is tricky as the rig is top-heavy. However, with the Dolly, I step on the pedal with my foot lowering the wheels, swivel or roll the whole rig to a new location, then effortlessly raise the wheels with the toe lever. I could not be happier with this fine product!
