This little device solves a problem for the traveller who needs a tripod for occasional use. I use it on an Olympus EM5 . It takes a little fiddling, but works well and saves lugging around a heavy and awkward tripod. A unique design, highly recommended.A northerner

I tried using this tripod with my Canon 5D Mark II and a Canon 24mm to 105mm L Series lens. I almost lost the camera into a lake when one of the front legs gave way under the weight! Manfrotto needs to design a much larger, beefier version of this tripod for cameras like mine. It would also be helpful if the legs could be locked into place. It's a great concept but it's seriously under-designed. If you have a small camera, I'm sure this will work well. If you have a larger DSLR like mine, look elsewhere.

An always-on support, easy and ready-to-use in any situation. It fits all larger cameras with and without an interchangeable lens with the standard tripod attachment screw. Once installed and folded, it almost disappears and the camera can still be stored in its pouch thanks to the ultra-slim and compact design. Anytime you need to hold your camera in a specific position, the three legs with no-slip rubber feet can be independently set on any surface to provide maximum stability and security. The all-metal structure and the strong springs give a steady and safe support.
