Smaller than expected

Much smaller than I expected. Would be great for a point and shoot or a small DSLR with a small lens. It cannot handle my Nikon D500 with an 18-200mm. I was disappointed but will keep it for my Canon PowerShot.

Wow!

You can't get any more compact than this. I bring it with me everywhere I go now, can't live without it. Great for those tight shots, especially on the forest floor.

Didn't work for what I needed

Good product and well built. Unfortunately, it will not support longer lenses. It would keep tipping over. It is designed for a standard SLR with a short or standard lens. Any long or heavy lens will make it front heavy and tip. Adorama doesn't show the lens limitations in the details. From Manfrotto website. Pocket has been developed to fit these basic requirements: • Maximum Body weights of 800g/1.7lbs • Maximum 85mm Focal Length (standard non-professional lens) • Maximum total payload 1.5kg/ 3.3 lbs.

The Manfrotto MP3 Large Pocket Zamak Tripod for DLSR Cameras (Gray) fits all larger cameras with and without an interchangeable lens with the standard tripod attachment screw. Once installed and folded, it almost disappears and the camera can still be stored in its pouch thanks to the ultra-slim and compact design. Anytime you need to hold your camera in a specific position, the three legs with no-slip rubber feet can be independently set on any surface to provide maximum stability and security. The all-metal structure and the strong springs give a steady and safe support.
