The rods were loose inside box and arrived bouncing around inside.  The method to secure the metal parts needs to be redesigned.  The black finish on the six rods all had scratches which gave the appearance of being a used product. The scratches and scrapes were not caused by the loss packaging but probably a quality control issue.
