It WILL be great...

A three star review is generous. But I’m going to give Manfrotto the benefit of the doubt because it’s a brand new product and I honestly didn’t have any patience for it. The bottom line is that the unit seemed very well built, I absolutely loved the functionality and features. I had the Pro kit that came with the focus motor and, I believe, if it all worked as it should, it would be great. However, I could not get the gimbal to stop shaking. No matter what camera I put on it (a BMPCC6K and a GH5…both way under the max weight), even perfectly balanced, it would start shaking like crazy as soon as I moved it. It was as if the motors were trying to self correct but kept missing the target. The unit did not come with an extensive manual either. There’s no online support for it anywhere and I didn’t want to wait for their customer support. I just knew that since there are ZERO resources for this thing online that I was going to fight an uphill battle and ended up buying a Ronin S instead.
