Blackhawk Omega Elite Phalanx Homeland Security Vest (Black) is made of heavy-duty nylon mesh for maximum breathability. It features robust drag handle, #10 YKK Vislon zippers and side-release buckles for rapid donning and doffing along with pouches for flashbangs, handcuffs, O.C. spray and tactical light. It also has double pistol magazine pouches with adjustable lids, 14-round shotshell pouch and two M16/M4 pouches to hold four magazines.
