Shopper : Is this item brand new?BYRON B : It was brand new. Spend the extra money on a Pelican. Mine locked tight around the latches but was very not sealed on either side so I ended up with water in the case. The top of the case was bowed which caused the lack of sealing on the side edges. Adorama wouldn't take them back as manufacture defects because they were used.JESSE P : Yes it is.SEAN S : Yes. I ordered two, both were recieved brand new in packaging from the manufacturer.CHRISTIAN C : When I received this item, it was new.

Great Case

I have flown with this case several times. It gets tossed around, kicked around, and dropped. 100% functionality. Doesn't skip a beat. Not designed to be thrown into a lake, but why would you do that anyway?
