Love my new red camera!
Looks good! Unfortunately the memory card was missing, but after contacting Adorama, they apologized & said one would be mailed to me. Can't wait!

A Very Peculiar Little Camera
This, in my opinion, is a very peculiar little camera. I bought this mostly out of curiosity as I did not have a Bell & Howell camera. First off, I'm sort of a camera nut and have way too many cameras. There are good and not so good things about this little camera. It does take quite good photos. The appearance of the camera is excellent but then looks aren't everything. What I don't particularly like about the camera is that you have to open the battery compartment to get to the USB port to charge the camera. I don't like leaving a camera hanging open for that long of a time. The first time I charged the camera, it took about 5-6 hours to charge. The RED light on the camera will be on during the charging process and will go off when charged. I think the manual implies a blue light will come on when completely charged which did not happen when I charged the camera. The manual is pretty much useless in my opinion. There is no MACRO function on the camera which is unfortunate as this is a feature I use a lot for taking photos for eBay. I am used to a shutter button that you half depress to focus the subject. This camera does not have that function and it is a press the shutter button and take the photo matter. I don't find the shutter button as easily responsive as on my other cameras and sometime I was left wondering if I'd actually taken a picture or not. The zoom function seems to work well although I haven't taken that many photos where I used the zoom feature. The flash works pretty well but if your subject is too close the flash will wash out the subject. Another thing I don't really like is there is so much clutter on the preview screen. If you press DISPLAY, it will disappear momentarily but will reappear shortly. This throws off composing a picture are you are working around all the icons, etc. Despite my dislikes about the camera, it's still a pretty good little camera for knocking around purposes. So far, my photos have been very sharp and acceptable for general purposes. I do not regret purchasing this camera but it does take some getting used to as it is a very peculiar little camera.
