Bought so I could get my film into a patterson tank, not much else. Unfortunately came with a hole which completely made it lost it's purpose. Since I already had everything set I just slapped a bit of gaffer tape and it worked fine.

Roomy bag, the double zippers work well and I haven't had any light leaks show up on my film. It definitely does its job.

Great bag. Arm holes are light tight without being too tight. Very well made with smooth zippers and large size is excellent. Great price too.

Good quality bag, good price. Only wish it was a little bit bigger for more room to work with inside the bag. But otherwise a great buy

Works well, does exactly what I need it to. The one minor issue I had with it was that the inner zipper gets stuck somewhat easily, but that's not a big problem.

So far, so good with this changing bag. Double zipper design is well constructed. Tight but not uncomfortable elastic arms. Enough room, with more to spare, for me to easily load my single 35mm tank or my 4 x 5 film holders. It does it's job and I'm happy with my purchase.

Works great! I've processed 3 cartridges of Super 8 so far, found this was plenty roomy for my needs and light-tight. I do make sure to bring the sleeves up to my elbows so they are completely snug, and load with zipper side down.

There is Nothing that I do not like about this changing bag. Both zippers work great; no snagging or getting caught. I got to use it two days ago to develop my film.

Decent sized bag. Easy enough space to load a developing tin that takes two 120 and a single 135 spool.

Adorama Large Changing Bag is just that, a large changing bag. I've been using changing bags since the late 1970s and have struggled with smaller bags. I don't have a need for large table top tent style bags as I don't often load large format film holders, but I do have developing tanks that hold up to 7 rolls of 35mm film. Even when I am loading only two rolls, the smaller bags just are not roomy enough to easily manipulate the tank, the reels, the rolls and a pair of scissors to cut the film from the cartridge spindle. Things are not much better if I am loading a 100 foot roll of bulk film into my bulk loader. Smaller bags make this operation of taking the film out of its can, out of its bag and then into the loader a frustrating experience. The Adorama Large Changing Bag makes all of these operations much easier. The material is light weight, so it moves without unnecessary bulk. The zippers move freely are appropriate weight so they do the job. Decent seam stitching and elastic bands for the arm openings that provide a good light-tight seal. It is also one of the least expensive options too. What more needs to be said? Recommended

Have gotten an old Hasselblad out of storage and started shooting and developing black and white film again. The Adorama large changing bag works great for loading film onto developing reels and into tanks to be processed. Roomy enough for everything I need to get the job done, and a definite light free space. Works great!

The product is perfect for developing film. Super spacious and definitely worth the price! I was initially thinking of purchasing the smaller changing bag but I am glad I decided to go with the bigger changing bag. if you are developing a few rolls this will give you more than ample room to work. If you're like me and don't know which one to buy because of size I highly recommend this size changing bag over the other.

I underestimated the size of this at first, but it is great for loading up to 4 rolls of film in one canister!

The Changing Bag is really large. May you need a less bag. This bag very comfortable, and has two zippers and two-layer of black material. You need to wear bag sleeves and the elastic band should be over your elbows it allows preventing light leaks. Good luck with film developing!

The large Adorama changing bag is perfect for my non-photograpgic application: the collection of soil samples, using a special tool, for the scientific dating of prehistoric archaeological sites, because the soil samples must not be exposed to light until they reach the lab. The bag enables me to shift them from the coring tool to light-tight containers safely in daylight.

So I’m a wetplate collodion artist and I needed to make a tracking darkbox for backplacking. My process needs to be completed in 10 minuets. So I cut off the zipper and used the bag to create a lightproof dark bag. This was just what I needed.

Great for loading 35mm bulk loaders and 4x5 film holders! It folds away into nothing in your camera bag. If you deal with film you need one of these!

How can photographers and professionals in the field ensure the safe handling of light-sensitive materials without a darkroom The Adorama Large Changing Bag, measuring an ample 27x30 inches, offers a versatile solution. This portable darkroom alternative is essential for loading film tanks, bulk film loaders, and sheet film holders, as well as for safely extracting a damaged roll of film from a camera.
Crafted from durable black nylon, this changing bag is meticulously designed to safeguard against any light penetration. The double-layered construction enhances the protection, ensuring that the contents remain in complete darkness even in daylight conditions. The bag features a double-zipper system that provides an extra level of security against light leaks, while the elastic wristbands are snug and comfortable, maintaining a light-tight seal during use.
The Adorama Large Changing Bag is not only a favorite among photographers but also serves a variety of non-photographic applications, such as the collection of soil samples for scientific research, as noted by one of our users. Its versatility and effectiveness in preventing light exposure make it an indispensable tool for a range of precision tasks.
While the bag is lightweight, it retains a robust rubber lining, albeit thinner than some traditional models, offering a balance between portability and functionality. Users have recommended turning the bag inside-out before the first use to check for and remove any loose threads, ensuring a clean and secure environment for handling film.
Despite the absence of built-in support, which requires some manipulation of the fabric when working with film, the bag's affordability and quality construction have been praised. It's important to note that the bag may trap moisture, so it's advisable to dry it out after extended sessions or when handling multiple rolls.
The Adorama Large Changing Bag is a practical and cost-effective choice for photographers and professionals who require a reliable, light-tight environment on the go. Its quality and versatility make it a valuable addition to any photography equipment collection.
