Cool tube amp in a small package

Great sound in a tiny package!The amp out of the emulated output sounds great. The addition of a line input for mp3/other sound sources is very convenient too. I would've preferred 1/4 in. input jacks to the 1/8 in. jacks, but that's a personal thing.The controls are very straightforward. It's cool to have the ability to change the sound from a Marshall sound to that similar to a Fender, but it is a bit annoying that there are no controls to fine tune the sound. This amp can provide a surprising amount of gain, good enough for a decent metal sound, if that's your thing.Haven't tried using an external speaker so I can't speak on that.Overall, I got this amp for recording purposes (the emulated output is super handy for apartment living in NYC) and I would recommend it for that purpose as well as a practice amp.
