Best knife I've ever owned. Allows for knife retention when shifting in close quarters from sidearm to dagger, and back to sidearm without having to put my knife back in its sheath.

The knife doesn't sit into the sheath nice, it seems very cheap. The clip of then sheath also seems cheap, very thin. Seems like it might bend or break after repetitive use. It is very uncomfortable to appendix carry, so I purchased the "leather" backplate( doesn't come with) and the backplate is very cheap and low quality leather. It is attached to the sheath with two screws, the problem with this is that the screws run against your body; which is not comfortable. Even the rounded corners of the backplate rub on your skin and cause discomfort. The knife its self is great, comfortable in hand. Everything else is and uncomfortable. All for a very hefty price.

When I got the SOCP Dagger I was blown away by the quality among other things. Easy to draw and told in your hands. This was designed extremely well and your can tell. Fits perfectly in NY plate carriers well as my Vertex Fanny Pack 2. 0. When I carry it wearing my shorts I can barely even notice its there. The belt clip really sets it apart from other belt clips too by holding the sheath in place and wont wove when drawing the dagger. The fit and finished of the dagger great. The dagger is very robust and fits great in the hand. One thing to remember is improperly holding the dagger you can deglove your finger. So it's importand to get the proper training to use it.

Extremely comfortable to carry on your waist, you kind of Forget it's there since it's so light and unobtrusive. You can draw and reshesth it with ease, Came with an exceptionally sharp point to it and when it comes to the edges of the edges all though it would be nice to see them come sharper they aren't completely useless and you can do some cutting tasks with them, daggers are for stabbing not slicing I know but if you have the ability to make it so it can proficiently do both why not make it twice as useful. I will say due to how thin the handle is it's not the most naturally comfortable/secure to hold but you can achieve a good grip with it, over all great self defense tool, and the order shipped very quickly,

Very cool dagger Stays in the sheath really well. Excellent retention. It's super balanced. The finger hole makes it easy to draw and hold on to. And it's pretty easy to put back in the sheath. Though I wouldn't want to miss because?. It is build like a tiny tank and the point is wicked sharp- talk about good craftsmanship. It also goes in my cowboy boot with out me even being able to feel it.

This was recommended by a former military friend of mine. Makes for a great secondary EDC, or if you are going out for night in the city and don't want to pack your pistol this makes for a great alternative! Awesome product! And comfortable to carry also!
