Had this knife since 2012 and accidentally got knocked into an ice fishing hole this winter. Just had to get a replacement because we couldn't get it out. Best knife I've ever had solid independent and dependable.

My first benchmade and I love it so much I have 7 now, including a mini Barrage. Love the serrated tanto blade and love the deployment mechanism even more.

The smooth speed you can pull and open this knife is smoother and more reliable than a switch blade. Very solid build and has this for years. The only advice I would recommend is to put blue lock tight on the screws for the pocket clip. Well done Benchmade!

I have a Benchmade Freek that is/was my EDC, it was time to sharpen it after many years of service. I saw the Barrage and it checked all of the boxes for me, including the axis assist open, great knife. It was very sharp out of the box and I have not been disappointed at all. Well built and a great value for the price

I finally pulled the trigger and purchased my first Benchmade after over a year of browsing different knives online and having never seen a benchmade knife physically. My only regret is that I didn't order one the first day. I Absolutely love my EDC. The action on assist is crisp and strong. The blade locks open very solid and handle feels good in my hands. The weight and balance is top-notch and blade's factory edge is pristine. I am looking forward to years of use with this high quality tool. Thank you to the Benchmade Team for providing quality cutlery! I am recommending Benchmade to my colleagues and am actively pursuing another style for hunting/fishing. I love all things Benchmade! They make quality knives that are made to last. I love the fact that we can get ours sharpened and come with a life time warranty. If you use knives frequently, this is a MUST! Our last purchase was for a gift and the receiver was so excited to have a well made knife. I will continue to always use Benchmade in the future.

I purchased this for my husband for his EDC and he is in love with it. He has burned through so many knives over the years and needed something sturdy. He was literally a kid on Christmas morning using it to open everything under the sun. The simple design makes it easy to use and it comes with all the great safety features. I was originally issued this knife back when I was in the USMC along with the fixed blade version. This was my go to knife for years and it lasted me many many years and then somewhere along the way I lost it. I was perusing the benchmade site and stumbled upon this knife and ordered it it is exactly as the one I was issued. Might have to order an extra one just in case.

I recently lost the assisted opening knife I'd carried for years and my son just bought a new sailboat so I was in the market for both of us. All my research led me to Benchmade as the hands down top choice for quality build and customer service. I'm not disappointed. They arrived quickly, the engraving was a nice touch, and the first day I sliced open two metal cans accidentally while opening a case. The knife was that sharp that I didn't feel the resistance! I need to be extra careful with this one! My son tells me many of the special ops people he used to work with carry only Benchmade. I love everything about this knife but most importantly the way it feels in my hand and the ease of opening. Here's praying I never lose this one!

My new EDC all star! This knife is light, slim, and easily deployed with one hand. I'm a lefty, so it was really important to find a knife that was ambidextrous and had clip mounts on both sides. I've been really happy with this one. I also really like the blade. It's a partial serrated. I have not run into a job it couldn't handle.

I've been wanting a Benchmade for 8 years now and finally decided to just go for it. It does not disappoint. The blade came sharp and the construction is very sturdy. In my opinion, the barrage is the perfect size for pocket carry and every day use.
