Adorama was the ONLY store that had what I needed in stock and ready to ship in such a timely response! I have visited their storefronts in Texas as well and always loved the customer service and selection of items. When I moved and began doing production full-time, I was searching for this item everywhere locally, and even most places online - no one had it in stock. I own a few other Decklink cards, in general this one is just as solid and reliable as the others that I have owned. 8 channels on a single PCIe width is awesome. The only drawback of this card is the mini - din connectors. Not all sdi/din adapters on the market are reliable. The actual Black Magic adapters have been good to me. But also the connectors do not really lock, they cannot come disconnected but they can turn, and if they turn they usually drop out as they turn - regardless of the adapter brand/quality. It is vitally important with this card to make sure you cables will not move during your show of you will see drop outs. But for the size and functionality, this is a good card if you aware of the drawbacks and limitations of the din connectors.
