Had the Elgato Cam Link 4k, but it was constantly giving me problems (frozen red screen). Upgraded to the Intensity Pro 4K. Received it in a timely manner, unpackaged it, inserted it PC, downloaded drivers, restarted, opened VMIX, and it opened it up immediately. Great picture, never froze up. Love it.

Upgrade from Cam Link 4K

I have 3 of these now from several versions of internal cards.. The first was the older Intensity Studio 2. It works just fine. The new one was even easier to get the software to "hook up" than the older versions.

I like these cards and they are a part of my success.

Works great for hdmi and component. Not exactly what we expected. Wasn’t completely plug and play. DaVinci Resolve is very specific with how it must be setup.

Good but not what we expected

It was simple to install and runs relatively quiet.  You CAN hear the fan a little but not as bad as I have seen others complain about.  The output to my UHD TV monitor and UHD Color grading monitor works perfectly and, even though I don't have a big need for it, the capture and Davinci Live features work perfectly as well.

Works Flawlessly in Davinci Resolve and Fusion

Using this on a fairly beefy, 6850K, Asus X99 Deluxe II board. Captures my Panasonic GH-4 at full 4k effortlessly, and works well with Media Express (included) as well as my mainstay, Wirecast 7. 

Not natively compatible with Windows 10 Insider Skype, but easy enough to create a virtual webcam in Wirecast, then it looks great. 

After installation, rig saw no temp increases or crashing, and most importantly, not dropping any frames as I record episodes for YouTube. I really like the card!
