Needed an high bandwidth low latency SDI capture card for my ptz camera for livestream. This one is fantastic, it also includes a hdmi input if you need. It's also has a small form factor and a low profile mounting plate for when I rack mount my PC.

Pairs up perfectly with our new 4k camera (Canon XA40) and recently rebuilt AMD Ryzen based PC for church livestream. Plug and Play. Really easy to setup and use, though the documentation from Blackmagic could use a little more polishing.

Fit right into the computer slot and worked as soon as I opened up OBS. We use it to stream 1080p60 from our Black magic switcher and has worked phenomenally so far. SDI input was what sold us and we have loved it.

This works great in my Optiplex 9010 SFF. I use it to livestream minor league football games for the Joliet Thunder. Used to be Chicago Thunder.

Great product - simple and easy to use. A little confusing getting the SW download but once that was figured out we had no issues. Adorama shipping and packaging went great.

BlackMagic certainly has the edge on video capture devices! This product is no exception. It preforms flawlessly on our 2010 Mac Pro using OBS. Setup was simple and straightforward. Definitely wouldn’t trust my video capture needs to any other generic brand of PCIe capture devices!

Great little piece of hardware. Does what it’s supposed to do without taxing my computer’s resources. Working great ingesting PTZ camera to our livestream. My only complaint is that it will only input one or the other (SDI or HDMI) not both at the same time.

Setup is quite easy, software is not super friend but get the job done. However it didn't seem to use any video codec to reduce size, so it generate huge video files.

The product came the next day and the card was easy to install. The issue was getting our Sony EVI-HD1 to show its image through the card. This took a little trial and error. It would be Nice if Blackmagic supplied a simple camera viewer to verify the camera was working. Once it was up and running it has worked great!
