Hello I received the 700 sound bar, it was to replace the one I had, because it wouldn't calibrate, when I receive this one it has the same problem, and then it wouldn't work properly, because it was outdated since 2018 it hasn't been updated, their customer service figured out the problem and updated, but it still won't calibrate, then bose had an exchange program, to turn in the 700 and get an ultra soundbar but the only offer it is in white, so that went bad too.

Purchased the Smart Bar 700 when Bose had a special price. One of the best investments made in a long time.

Boooooo 5 foot cord. A home run of a product except 5 foot power cord!! Talked to customer service. They didn't care at all. No solution. That's all they make. Hopefully bose steps it up and makes a 10 foot cord and sends me one to replace my Amazon extension cord that I had to buy.

I bought it a 2/5 and still don't have it. Never got delivered to the office. I got notified it had been delivered and when I went to get it I was informed that it had not been delivered when it said it was. The office logs all deliveries and it was not there.

Great sound but needs printed manual to help figure out how to setup in a particular case and use. I couldn't ever find out what the lights on the unit were and what they meant. If it's available and I couldn't find it, that makes my case.

I had one for a few years in my living room with 2 subs and accessory speakers, and when I saw that it was marked down a bit...I HAD TO have one for the bedroom right away lol

I guess it has good sound. Can't really tell if I'm getting the best because I haven't been able to connect it to my phone. The remote that comes with it is, for lack of better words, a joke. Who ever thought to design a remote with no buttons and is flat black with no markings has to be a real genius. Some days the soundbar comes on, some days it needs to be unplugged and plugged back in to work. Wished I had looked elsewhere.

It's okay. Wish I could use the remote that came with it for the sound bar and the tv so I could have just one remote but the remote only controls the sound bar

I'm an older person. I wear hearing aids. I purchased a Bose Lifestyle V25 quite a # of years ago. When watching movies, I could hear the movie, but I could not make out what the actors were saying. No voice clarity. So, I bought the Bose 700 sound bar to see if it would help with clarity of the actors. I started a movie listening to it on my Lifestyle V25. Had problem with clarity of actor's word. I turned the audio down on my Lifestyle V25 and turned the Bose 700 sound bar on. I could make out what the actors in movie were saying. All though there are regular programs that I hear better using our Bose Lifestyle V25. So, I will not be getting rid of it. The set up of the Bose 700 sound bar was not easy for me. I'm not a cell phone guru. My wife's oldest son came over and set up the sound bar for us.

love the uncolored accurate sound from my Bose 700 sound bar. I replaced my 10 year old surround sound theater system with this 7oo sound bar and the subwoofer. with two components I have a fabulous sound system that is a great value and quality

I bought this as a Christmas present for my new Samsung 75" big screen TV. What can I say; Sounds Great!!! You cannot beat the Bose reputation.

I bought and paid for fast delivery to arrive on December 14th as I was leaving home on the 15th for a week. Never arrived, neighbor retrieved the package at my door and held until 22nd of December. I have tried to install but failed. Can't get it to link to Starlink wi-fi. Can't get it to find my LG 65inch TV.

I bought the Bose 700 soundbar a couple of weeks ago was having trouble with the app setting it up.Contacted Bose and the customer service rep coached me through the whole process of setting it up.The sound bar sounds great so glad I purchased the 700 series.

Great sound and beautiful looks. Our family just enjoys the clarity of spoken words and the depth of music. I feel the 3 D effect of sound while watching movies.I don't think I need a bass module anymore . My best purchase ??

Just wanted to add a decent sound bar for the living room tv. Fills room 27x20. Easy to purchase and shipped out next day and arrived in 2. Excellent packaging. Bose app sorta crashed as it was updating the speaker. Waited for 10+ mins and had to restart the app to see that it worked.

Better than Sonos

Went to Best Buy to purchase a Sonos Soundbar, walked out with Bose. Did some research and kept getting good reviews of Sonos. After testing the 2 I was convinced Bose sounded better. Sonos sounded small compared to Bose. Sonos didn’t sound as crisp, and at low volume you still can hear dialog on the Bose. I’ve owned it for a few days now and still trying to figure everything.
