The product is great quality sound. Bose do not issue straightforward operating instructions for a 75 year old customer.I needed to know how to use with my new Bose 500 Bass and struggled,unsure if working. Need basic operating instruction cards printed. Would love a training visit to the Shard!

This is not my 1st BOSE sound bar that I have purchased. But my 3rd one! I truly enjoy this speaker for quality of workmanship, the quality sound experience it offers and the product quality I have gotten each time that I having bought in the past. I am truly enjoying it!

I have been a long standing customer of Bose Products Never disappointed, the sound quality is beyond my expectations! Like being in a theatre of surround sound quality. I highly recommend not only this product but any with the BOSE name on it your guaranteed the best!

The speaker is quite good. I don't like units that only can be controlled on the remote. And I am trying to order a second remote, which is not in stock, and I can't get a decent answer as to when it will be in stock, if ever.

This is perfect for my bedroom. I play a video of Tibetan bronze singing bowl all night to help me sleep and the sound quality needs to be clear. This bar is such a huge improvement on my last one, it's a joy. It also clarifies speech on the screen which is useful for older ears and it isn't too big so overall I couldn't be happier. I did see a few review which were not so complimentary. I'm sure if it is compared to larger more expensive bars they will be better than this one especially if you are particularly sensitive to sound quality but I didn't want to go mad on the price so for me the sound quality and build quality are excellent and is all I need. I'm glad I bought it

I bought this to supplement my terrible TV speakers. Originall I was using a little.anker soundcore 3 but I was getting a little frustrated with having to mess with bluetooth and charging. I nearly went for the solo series 2 but read this had better sound and a few nice to haves like eARC HDMI, so I didnt need to mess around so much. Set up is easy, though I do think having an app for showing the activated settings, or maybe a subtle display for things would be nicer than just 2 LEDs. I'm running it as it is out of the box and doing using the voice boost for shows. Honestly, the sound coming from this is phenomenal. Obviously if you get all the supporting gizmos subwoofer and the likes it would be better. Also ai know a huge soundbar with more speakers and all that would also be better. That said, out of the box, plug and play experience is great. The sound carries really well too. If you're wanting a solid sound upgrade for a TV but dont want a huge bar, this is it.

My Companion 20 speaker system blew up awhile back. Only problem I've ever had with Bose equipment. Even though they were long out of warranty, Bose offered a replacement of my choice based on use as computer monitors. After an email or two and a phone conversation with a Bose representative I chose the TV speaker. They don't make computer speakers anymore, and I didn't want Bluetooth speakers, so my choices were limited. The selection and order process were easy, and the TV speaker arrived within two weeks. I was surprised, but I shouldn't have been. Typical Bose quality. The TV speaker fits right under my iMac, and the stereo field is wide. Plenty of bass. Takes up less desk top than two speakers. I feel like I traded really good for really better. I'm totally happy. This is the perfect audio solution for games, videos, music, and Garageband. You can add a subwoofer, but I doubt you will need it. Bose product and service is top flight.

Amazing sound from this compact speaker that sits perfectly under the tv. The bass is phenomenal. This speaker was a big step up from our first one. You can't go wrong with Bose.

While happy with the product, I'm far from happy with Bose marketing. This item was marketed at 269 gbp I purchased at 10 % discount as a first purchase only to find the exact same item being retailed at 169 gbp less than a couple of weeks later. Now, I expect price fluctuations but not at that sort of price drop. Very poor and, very angry ??

I purchased my new Bose sound bar a couple of weeks ago and I could not be happier with my choice. I have always wanted a Bose speaker of some kind, because I know Bose is the gold standard for audio equipment, and has been for a long time. I was searching for a new sound bar, not only one that sounded better with my Samsung TV, but also a sound bar equipped with blue tooth. This Bose TV speaker is small but super powerful. The sound and voices coming from my TV are crystal clear now and the speaker has a surround sound quality. Paired with my iPhone via blue tooth, my music sounds phenomenal. At this price point, this particular Bose TV speaker is an excellent choice. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and look forward to adding the Bose Base Module 500.

Bought because of difficulty hearing speech clearly of some progammes on our otherwise pretty decent tv. Unsure whether it could make any difference but growing annoyance finally persuaded us to give the 90day trial a go. Before I could be asked several times a night 'what did they just say?' and by the time I summarised we had missed the next bit. 2weeks later and I have not been asked to repeat once. Did not expect any real difference so very happy with the outcome. If our circumstances are similar to yours then try it - it is the only way to tell

Sound quality is really good! Where I unhappy is the wireless Bluetooth connection. We have a brand new 55" Samsung TV (purchased at Costco), so we figured the connection would be a lock. NO SO. Every time we turn on the TV requires us to re-pair with the Bose?.and we're getting pretty tired of this. We looked at the cable that was provided, but unfortunately, the the TV is set up with a HDMI audio connection - and the cable provided by Bose is the old-style optical connection - which the Samsung TV doesn't have. We hope Bose has an answer for this. So, Mr. Bose, what's the secret?
