They gave me my headphones and the truth is that they are incredible. Since then I have been using Pure Boss products.

I bought these to replace a pair of worn out cushions. The gray color of my original cushions wasn't available so I had to get white. Other than the color mismatch they function just fine. Installation of the new cushions was very difficult. I never did get all the clips that keep the cushions on engaged and occasionally a cushion will fall off. Bose needs a better system for cushion retention.

These were very difficult to install and the directions were simplistic and inadequate. The directions omitted the removal of a plastic O-ring that was critical to installation. That said, the headphones are like new now that we finally got. We also had to return the first set that we bought, based on the model number, and call back with the actual serial number in order to identify the proper order. Bose could do better than this.

I bought this several weeks ago and I am glad I did. I thought I'd have to buy a whole new headset until someone suggested I try just replacing the pads!

Not much to say here, they're replacement parts for the headphones and they work. They're comfortable, I just wish they were a little less expensive or that Bose considered offering the first replacement at a discount or had a campaign that offered you a big discount on a new headphone because you're loved yours so much that it may be time to upgrade. Hint to Bose.

The adhesive on the back of both scrims completely pealed off. Also, i had some small issues installing the new cushions. When I called customer service about the adhesive issue, the completely replaced the entire cushion kit at no cost. I was amazed at the high level of customer service.

Very useful for when the ear pads wear out, but they do lose a star for being very difficult to install. The old ones are easy to remove, but you need a tool to scrape the old adhesive way, install the covers very carefully, and it can take a while to get the new earcups to snap into place.

I sometimes wear these when I am working out so they tend to get sweaty every once in a while. The first set lasted 8 years and hte black cover just started flaking off. These replacements are identical so I expect the same longevity. They are super soft and comfortable. Removing the old ones were easy and installing the new ones were tedious but simple. Now my headphones are as good as new!

Very quick delivery of the "ear cushion" replacement pack for the QC 45 headphones. Was a little tricky doing the replacement. Only did one side so far. Couldn't get the backing ring to snap into place like it was stated. I basically set it in there so when I put them on they would stay in place. Every once in a while they fall out.....and I repeat what I did the first time. I will get another set of headphones in case I have to ship these back for repair.

I can't get them on. It's next to impossible to get the headphone cushion onto the headphones. I think proper installation instructions would be helpful

Bought These to replace my used ones falling apart. Got the exact replacement that feel very soft. My suggestion would be to make it easier to snap into place.
