Bought a month ago and they sound as they should and better than others I've had before. 2 things that I would like to have had for the cost of these earbuds, one is that there not the easiest to pull out of the case, a bit awkward and two, for the money spent, these should have been wireless charging when other lesser brands have this feature. I know a separate case is sold to have this feature, but that's another $50.00.

I bought it with high expectations. Bose rocks, the product is different. Unfortunately, i had an issue with the immerse mode, and i am having challenges to have it replaced.

Bose Headphone

I work in pressure washing and im outside all day. I look forward to wearing earbuds or even $700 headphones I have like from Focal or Sennheiser. These Bose earbuds sound absolutely amazing! What amazed me the most was the immersive sound modes. I like the "Still" mode. When im walking around this mode will lock on to a target for a few seconds then pan back to you. It really makes like your in front of speakers or at a live concert. Also when I look at the trees it literally sounds like there's speakers up in the trees or on a ceiling looking up. They knocked it out of the park and never had a earbuds experience like that!

Amazing Immersion modes!

I really like them! I've always had a problem with ear buds, every one ive tried before these always made my ears hurt and gave me headaches after 20-30 minutes, haven't had a single problem with these so far.

The audio quality is amazing, you can hear so many details in each song, now I'm no new to high quality audio but I haven't had a pair of ear buds with this kind of audio quality, it's quite good(very good)!

I've had a couple of connection problem's but nothing major and it was on an older phone!

I've had one or two popping sound's randomly. No idea what that was about? 

All in all I would give them 5/5

Superb sound.

Listening to music is great! The different modes are great! Microphones are great for people to hear me when I'm on the phone!
Too touch sensitive...I can't adjust them in my ear without turning the music on or off!
When I try to change modes, it will increase the volume instead! 
As far as phone calls, I've tried increasing every volume available for this set, but I can just barely hear the person who's talking to me!
Way overpriced for this pair of junk!

Awful and Not Worth The Price

Great. Very comfortable. My advise, is if you have multiple BT connections going on, it gets glitchy. I have 4 Bose products, and have found the 'Multi-Point' feature is very Kool, but can be glitchy within the app. Not a dal breaker, just be aware.

Studied other reviews. Issues on connectivity to all things may exist but that's not me. When I have down time and want a change of internal thoughts on various topics or noise reduction on larger planes... Incredible!!! A#1

A week after I bought them, you upgraded the case withought offering me the upgrade unless I cough up another fifty bucks. I really feel cheated by Bose for this unforgivable act - almost criminal. You would have these upgraded cases ready to go when I purchased mine. Yes, the earbuds are great, but every time I stick them in my ears I am reminded how I was cheated by Bose. And you send way too many emails trying to get me to buy Bose stuff. I have a pair of Bose headphones I bought decades ago that I still use.

Had these two weeks, excellent sound considering they are buds, was quite surprised. Noise cancelling is good and just touch bud to toggle on/off. Most comfortable buds owned.

Generation twos I bought them, cause I lost am I right generation one The sound quality on the gin2 R simply amazing. I don't know how you go higher in quality of sound. The tech men and women there have got to be amazing. The sound and the quality of the products speak for themself

Great sound

These headphones are 200 plus and will break faster than headphones you find at a gas station. These are my second pair of quiet comforts after the 1st one broke. It'll be my last pair.

Buy if you wanna waste money

I bought these several weeks ago and can't be any happier with the Bose experience. I already have a Bose SoundLink Micro speaker that's just like new even after 3 years of usage and a Bose TV speaker 6 months old - it's absolutely incredible boosting the TV sound as well as my Subaru 2018 that came with pre installed Bose Speaker system. With all my great experiences, I thought I'd invest in these Ultra Earbuds and this was the best decision I've made! These little buds are super powerful and are true "noise cancelling". I love all the different options for sizes to get the perfect customized fit. I am a loyal Apple supporter however I found Apple AirPods do not have customizable fits that provide true noise cancelling features, they also slip & fall out of my ears a lot especially when exercising or moving around. I must say Bose definitely supersedes Apple with the sound experience. I can't wait to buy more Bose products!

I had a problem with my old Bose earbuds and customer service spent ages helping try to fix the problem and even called me back to see how it was. Unfortunately we couldn't fix them so I was offered an upgrade at a very generous discount. They're brilliant. So thank you to Bose for all the help.

Ok sound for music and Cutting out background noises. lousy for phone calls with listeners complaining of only being able to hear background noises. Am still finding volume an other controls difficult to manage via earbuds.

The sound quality of these earbuds is simple outstanding. If used un conjunction with the noise cancelling feature you are cocooned in a rich audio paradise. Who knew listening pleasure could be this good. Great quality.

Great Quality.

I love Bose products and have them all over my home and this is the first time in years as a returning customer, I have had a disappointing product, not one set.. Two sets of the same earbuds! The first set after just over a year I started having regular problems (prior to that it was just occasional issues) with them losing connection with my phone, but then it escalated to NO connection at all, I assumed they had broken and binned them. 
I then purchased a new pair in March and by May this year same issues, NO connection to my phone, so this time I returned them and recieved a full refund! I'm sad to say that I ended up with Apple AirPods cheaper and no faults..
