What an upgrade form my old Bose theater speakers, accoustimass subwoofer and speakers. Being able to hook up rear speaker without running long wires was so nice. the sound for movies and live events is wonderful. highly recommend the soundbar, subwoofer and rear speakers. Quality of sound and the quality of packing is top notch. I love the system.

I bought it 2 months ago, with the bass module, and I can't think ai can go back, sound is just awesome and well balance, power is so high I can't even go to 50% of full volume and quality of the sound is superb for a sound bar. I only recommend go for a lower power model for small apartments because this one too powereful for a 55m2 apartment

I'm challenged with lack of hearing and require hearing aids. I was unable to hear vocals clearly with my old soundbar. The difference with this Bose Ultra is significant and I'm able to enjoy TV again.

I just bought my soundbar a few day's ago and I'm totally blown away. The sound quality is amazing, it brings every sound and scean alive. It's a big step up from my previous 300 soundbar. It's definitely worth every penny.

I purchased the Bose ultra soundbar about a month ago. So far I am very satisfied and it being a Bose I am confident that won't change. The sound is everything I was hoping for and expected from Bose. The remote is great, but the app is really great and has all the settings needed. I didn't get a woofer with it and although it's not really needed for the terrific sound, it is in my future to compliment and complete the system for me, great purchase.

This product has excellent sound, and plays well with the subwoofer and surround speakers. I bought this for the clarity of voice dialogs that it produces, as my hearing has declined and I was forced to use subtitles for a different soundbar. Now I can turn them off! One thing it could use is a better set of instructions for configuring the unit parts together. FYI: * Put a digital volume level display on the soundbar. The indicators don't help with pinpointing the level. * The HDMI/ARC tie in uses up a port just for TV controled volume displays. This limits the components that can input video to the TV.

After trying different cheaper soundbars that didn't come up to scratch I decided to splash out and pay for a premium standalone soundbar the smart ultra, now don't get me wrong the sound is good but that's the problem it's only good not excellent and that's what I expected when you pay for premium. I have had it for a week now and changed settings numerous times and spoke to Bose staff online to try and enhance the sound to no avail. It definitely requires a subwoofer in my 175 sq ft room and they are expensive on top of what I have already paid I'm beginning to think I should have went for Sonos or Sennhiser instead as this is going to be expensive to sort unless I can get a discounted compatible subwoofer.My daughter has a 17 years old Bose system that actually sounds better than this .It's a pity as I do love Bose products but this falls short without the subwoofer.

Sound quality is amazing. I like the fact that the sound bar came with all cables to make connecting my tv simple. Im sad that I didn't get the other 2 surround speakers and the sub woofer.

Are a few weeks ago. Installed on the wall, very disappointed brackets did not come with it but that's OK. Bottom install easily. Just found is great very easy to operate. Got it all set up with the TV to work together.

I can't tell you enough how happy I am to see Bose add Dolby Atmos to there supreme technology. I bought the ultra to replace my Bose Soundbar 700. I also have the Surround Sound 700s with 2 Bose Bass Modules...and let me tell you the 700 is great..I enjoyed it truly. The science and tech that Bose puts into their work is a one of a kind and always stands out among them all. The Ultra however, is next level. With the extra 4 speakers built in. Upward firing speakers was a great add on, along with dolby atmos takes everything to a higher end luxury cinema experience. Its loud, its surrounds you, the clear crisp sound is just sheer perfection. Thats what I think of Bose...Perfection! And the design? I love how they put their OG logo back on the front of the bar, and the open ports on the topside while still having the glass top. Its by far the sexiest looking soundbar on the market. Easy to set up..calibration and then fine tune everything to how you want it on the easy to use and simple app. I love it. I love everything about Bose and this soundbar. The entire Bose system itself trumps Sonos and Samsung..I dont care what anybody says thats the truth. They truly dedicate themselves to make sure you are getting the most quality built product that is available. I cant say 1 negative thing about any bose speaker I ever had. Not to mention the bose home speaker 500 was AMAZING by the way. But back to the ultra soundbar. The price fits the product. The performance is #1. And just look at it...I mean there isnt one soundbar that looks better than the Ultra. Period. Thank you Bose for putting the logo back on the front. Thank you for adding the extra speakers and dolby atmos. You did it. You really made the best soundbar. Great job. I appreciate all your hard work and products that you produce. 100% satisfied. I was hesitant to get a sound bar but am so glad I did! My living room is 20x20 with cathedral ceilings so it's difficult to hear the TV. I had an old receiver with surround sound speakers that I had behind the couch so you could actually hear the tv. I was so hesitant to go with a soundbar that would sit right at the tv level but this is great! I can hear the tv just fine!

The Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar delivers exceptional sound quality that feels rich and immersive. However, the setup process was frustrating, as it took me nearly an hour to get it working due to repeated app crashes and failed connections with the TV. I had to reset it several times before it finally worked. In daily use, it sometimes disconnects from the TV at random, which means I need to restart the soundbar, adjust TV settings, or use the app again to reconnect. Overall, the audio quality is excellent, but the connectivity issues and unreliable app make the experience far less enjoyable.

This is an extremely poor a replacement for my lifestyle 25. Mine is in wall speaker wiring powered 5 dual codes, two ceiling speaker and base unit inside. Two mounted outdoor speakers controlled with its own remote. This 700 series has sound bar base unit and two Bluetooth speakers that I cannot mount behind me on the wall. The remote speaker sound is delayed without going to app which is cumbersome at best. I am extremely disappointed in this replacement product
