I've had my soundbar for 2 months now and I'm extremely happy with it the sound quality is superb it way better than I was expecting it looks great with its glass top finish I also bought the 700 bass module and can't believe the sound that comes out of it.can highly recommend both

I've owned for about a year. Sound is pretty good. I bought the 700 Bass speaker and surround speakers. I have lots of trouble getting it to turn on with the TV (using ARC) HDMI. I really wish I had returned it. Very aggravating.

I bought the Smart Ultra Soundbar and Bass Module 700 to replace an ageing CineMate system. With the passage of time, I was ready for the new system to offer more and sound better, but the reality exceeded my expectation. It looks great and sounds fantastic. I'm old enough to remember what a faff it was to configure new audio technology, but the set up of the Smart Ultra and bass module couldn't have been easier. Even running the AdaptiQ sound calibration system was quick and straight forward and being able to control the entire system from the Bose app makes life easier. But it's the sound quality that really sets the system aside, for me it lifts watching movies to another level. If it lasts as long as my old CineMate system I'll be very happy.

I purchased the Ultra Soundbar in January 2026.....it was the latest in a very long list of Bose products I have purchased over the years. The quality of construction and the ease of installation was so easy with the Bose App on my Android phone. The ATMOS sound is a step up from the already great Dolby sound. I am still learning how to set up a proper ATMOS environment. What really got me...in February I notice the Ultra Soundbar went on sale...I contacted Bose and they credited my card the entire discount....THAT IS SERVICE!

Upgraded from Bose Smart SB to Bose Smart Ultra SB. It is better sound than the Smart SB but, not convinced the Ultra SB is worth the extra cost at full price $999. At the sale price of $749 it's definitely worth the $$. I performed the AdaptIQ function with headset and ended up turning the feature off after a few days as in my opinion the sound is better without it. On the other hand, we do like the A.I. Dialogue Mode turned on. Thanks Bose for another outstanding product.

I purchased this soundbar as a part of a sound system. The soundbar is great but needs the help of the Bass module to get the low end sounds. The surround speakers are OK but not great - if the surround speakers were better my rating would be a 5.

I have resisted buying a sound bar for years. I almost bought the Bose speaker or Samsung sound bars. When I watched the Smart Ultra online, and heard the difference, I decided to buy it with their 30 day guarantee. I installed it in my small office and it's perhaps overkill, but is fantastic. We hear sound we have never heard before. We hear hoofs or drums beating from behind us....with no backside speaker. We could not be more pleased and it was worth every penny.

This is perfect for my new home. Vaulted ceilings give this sound bar, and accompanied other speakers and bass module, the chance to really shine. I have had this before. This is a replacement unit because the movers stole my other soundbar. TIP: DO NOT pack it in the same box it came in.

I considered buying the ULTRA soundbar after having the Bose SoundTouch 300 for years.Upgraded using the Bose upgrade to the ULTRA. This is the best decision I made. Sound is awe-inspiring and taken my living room soundspace to new heights. Easy to connect up and I even coughed up for Bose Surround speakers 300 -which have enhanced my listenig experience - whether music or movies.

After 13 years of using the Cinemate GS series 2, my wife gave me her blessing and said I can upgrade to this sound bar. Not only did she let me purchase the soundbar, she said I can also get the 700 subwoofer and rear surround speakers. I must've been a good boy in 2025. The soundbar alone sounds phenomenal and to be honest, that alone would've been sufficient enough in my living room. Now, with all three going, I'm in an IMax theater. The app setup was a breeze and Alexa enables me to rip tunes long enough to annoy thr kids.

Awesome sounding soundbar, purchased it and surround speakers for a new space in our house, an addition that is not yet complete. I had to unpack and set it up in our current living space. Surround speakers make all the difference. Sound is amazing, will be even better in the new space. Will be adding the sub at a later date. I'm a Bose guy forever.

I bough this a month ago as a replacement for one bought two months previously that had stopped working / hung on a firmware update. The Bose support teams best offer was to return the first one, wait up to 25 days for it to be fixed and returned. So i bought another and received a refund when i returned it. The support from Bose was disappointing to be honest. The new one worked out the box, but again i'll say great when it works.. i have issues at times with it playing sound from a new sony bravia TV, plus Alexa working can be hit and miss.. In general it is working & the sound quality is good as you'd expect from Bose I upgraded from a Bose Lifestyle system to the smart ultra sound bar, surround / base 700 modules, main reason was the connectivity technology improvements. Lifestyle system was great, but a wired system & the blue tooth connectivity between speakers is so easy just connect the HDMI from the tv, set it all up in the app and your good to go...

I have had this for approx 2 weeks and still experimenting with it however it has great audio level responses by itself. The bass is impressive as a stand alone device. In arctic white, it blends into my decor seamlessly. I will get the surround speakers and bass module later to complete the outstanding set to replace my old Bose Acoustimass setup.

I bought this product approximately 1 month ago and finally got around to hooking up to my Samsung Frame TV. Physical hook up was super easy, just having to plug in cables to "smart box" that was included with television. The connection thru the Bose app was much less enjoyable! Very frustrating with NO online or telephone help! The Chat part of the app was not helpful whatsoever and I was stuck on hold for over 30 minutes when I finally chose to have a "callback " by an associate which NEVER happened!? After messing around with it for approximately 45 minutes, I was finally able to connect soundbar to Bose app. Hopefully future "help" with Bose is improved!!!
