Too complicated for me
I bought two sets of headphones. I could not figure out how to set them up to utilize the noise cancellation feature, the feature I wanted to use. So I sent a set to each of my daughters and I believe they will be able to put the headphones to good use

Great Headphones!
Really great and stylish headphones. Really good quality sound as well. Took off 1 star for the case. It doesn't fit the headphones so easily as it came in. I know the upgraded model of this has slots to make it easier to put those in, so kind of kicking myself I didn't go with those. Either way though, these are great overall.

My Bose headphones have been fantastic. The sound is clear and balanced, and the noise?cancellation makes a huge difference when I want to focus. They're lightweight, comfortable for long wear, and the battery lasts a long time. Overall, they feel high?quality and reliable - exactly what I hoped for.

Noise cancellation poor.
Bought for my wife because she always liked mine, which she bought for me many years ago. She tried them Christmas Day and was disappointed. The noise cancellation doesn't work like it does on the original. Sorry! I know you've heard this a lot but it's true. We both tried side by side and it's a large difference. It's like the new one doesn't work at all.

Husband won't listen
I bought these for my husband for an upcoming trip. While the quality is top notch and the nose-cancelling can't be beat. Just when I thought my husband never listened to me before, he has now given himself the perfect excuse of why he didn't hear me; because he has his headphones on.

Really Nice Headphones
Great sounding headphones! The EQ in the app lets me adjust the sound to my taste. What would make these better would be if they had spacial audio. ANC works well. At $170, they are an excellent value!!

Bose Is a Rip-Off - Don't Buy Directly
Bose customer service is a complete joke and feels intentionally deceptive. I placed an order that was never delivered. Instead of fixing their mistake, Bose "offered" me an extra 15% discount, only for the final total to come out higher than what I originally paid.
How does a discount make the price go up? That's not customer service - that's misleading at best and a scam at worst. Save yourself the headache and buy from Amazon or Walmart, even if it costs more. At least you'll actually receive your product.

Great sound but falls off head!
Great sound, easy to use, excellent for listening to podcasts while on noisy public transportation. However, it is oddly 'loose' and falls off my head if I bend forward! Yes, this is via the 'tightest' setting. Unfortunately this means I must return the product and purchase new headphones from a brand that fits my (completely ordinary sized) head properly. So disappointed! I really liked these headphones. Poorly designed that it falls off the head though!

Looks and feels great, but the cord is not great
The headphones worked great with Bluetooth however, I was looking to purchase headphones that had a cord adaptability to iPhone to avoid Bluetooth. I soon found out I needed to buy an adapter to plug into my iPhone, which I purchased two different ones and they keep disconnecting from the Bose headphone wire. Not very happy with my intended purchase and the cord connecting to iPhone.

Very great purchase!
I don't like headphones in general but very glad my husband bought these for me. Used this on four plane rides to and from the east coast to Hawaii. They were excellent! The noise cancelling was wonderful & battery life was great!

Epic Headphones
I bought this last month and have been so happy with them. Great sound, great bass and it's so crisp and clear. Only thing I would say is the voice that tells you what it is connected to is a bit annoying but it's very minimal. Overall very very very very much recommend!

How can I review your product when I have nothing?
I ordered 2 headphones (order # B003555951) on December 1, 2025 for Christmas with an estimated delivery date of December 5, 2025; which was plenty of time for Christmas. Today is December 19, 2025 and still waiting for the headphones to be delivered.

Great headphones!
