I love the comfortability and clarity of the headphones. However, I have to rate lower than 5 because there is no difference between the quiet and awake mode. I can still clearly hear the same amount of noise when it's set on quiet.

Bought two a month ago, sound is awesome, my only gripe is that the unit could be made sturdier. In essence they are a bit dainty as though a drop might damage the unit.

I love Bose headphones... I have had a pair for 3 years.... when I saw they were on sale, I bought a new pair... unfortunately... they are not working! Don't charge ... I need a replacement!

A huge improvement on my old pair from 2017! Battery length, noise canceling quality, and style have all gone way up. Sound quality has always been the best with bose. I hope these are as capable of handling moisture as the last ones. I do a lot of running and just hiked the Appalachian Trail, a good portion with my pair from 2017.

I have an old pair of Bose over ear wired headphones, and they always blew me away with the sound quality right across the eq spectrum. They set a really high bar. I have judged all other headphones against them since. When the time finally came to replace them I only looked at Bose products, and being short of disposable income opted for the most budget friendly offering, the quiet comfort SC. Before purchase I learned that the SC just means you only get a soft case, but the headphones are the same product. The unboxing was pleasing, as was the setup. Bluetooth connection is easy and the Bose app allows for easy adjustment of the noise cancelling, which I'm impressed with. I've never had noise cancellation before, and these headphones allow for letting ambient sound in, or electronically cancelling it out, which are both useful in different environments. Build quality, fit, feel and comfort are all really good. Sound quality is really decent. It doesn't blow me away, but it's very good. I spent several hours listening to music on them and enjoyed constantly hearing details in my favourite music that I'd never heard before. I haven't listened to any of the competitors products so can't give a fully qualified opinion on these( but I'm not disappointed. May also be worth mentioning that the headphones come with a Jack to Jack cable should you want to plug them in to your device. Probably unlikely that anyone will plug into much in this day and age, but great to see that all requirements are catered for ????

I bought this item essentially to block out the noise at the gym I attend almost daily. The noise cancellation function is fantastic. Biggest drawback is not having complete options of headphone usage due to my inability to completely download the Bose app. Too many glitches,download interruptions or failures. When I called for help as in the past with other products, I was referred to other resources. Very disappointed because I have always touted your support team as the best out there, especially the UK branch. Still need help. Would love to hear from UK tech to enjoy the product fully!

I bought my Bose QuietComfort headphones 45 3 months ago. I love them so much I bought a second set a month later for my wife and she absolutely loves them a well. I have been a Bose product fan for years. I have a few Bose bluetooth speakers, ear buds and headphones. I have tried other bluetooth products and none of them compares to the high quality of Bose.

I really wanted these to be better than my much cheaper Soundcore pair which were £79. Unfortunately they aren't that much better. I've kept them but tbh wouldn't buy them again the noise cancelling imo isn't that great give these are 3x the price of the Soundcore ones

The comfort is real, light and feels premium. But that's about it. It does not stay connected to my phone while playing music or watching videos etc. I habe had to charge them more recently and not used them as much.

Not only do they produce clean, noiseless sound, they are the most comfortable headphones I have ever worn. And, I have worn many, many different headphones. If I had one complaint it would be the incredibly lack luster equalizer in the Bose app. You cannot find tune your headphones as you should be able to with a $300 headphone! Overlooking that large flaw, they are near perfect. If you demand great sound reproduction in highs, mid and lows, spend the extra cash and purchase the Bose Quiet Comforts! I was wearing the JBL Tune 770NC headphones $99.95 on Amazon. They sound decent and the noise cancelation isn't too bad, but after just an hour or two, my ears were on fire from the way the ear cups bent them! It HURT! The Bose I can wear all day, even to bed and there are no I'll effects whatsoever! The Bose are hands down the much, much better headphones! I also picked up the Bose headphones at Costco for a discounted price of only $199.00! Worth every penny!

One of my favorite purchases ever. I had gone through 3 pages of cheap headphones and when I decided, despite my extremely limited budget, to get these as they were significantly on sale, I couldn't believe the difference. I could not only hear each instrument and voice without losing any of them, but heard lots of subtle touches of sound that simply didn't register on anything else, even a good pair of earbuds I was able to buy with a gift card. None of those stay in my ears. A bonus is that these are the first headphones that adjust small enough to stay on my head without being held in place with a headband.

Simply the best sound, noise cancelling, full featured headsets in the market. The only thing left to wish, is the Bose App. The equalizer should be more complete, and include a left /right balance for the speakers.

I got my Bose quiet comfort headphones a couple weeks ago now and I love them. The price tag made me balk at first but I bought them anyway and am glad I did. Sound quality is awesome and it drowns out whatever is going on around you. What did you say honey? ??

I purchased these about 3 weeks ago. I wanted over the head headphones because nothing ever fits my ears. These are fantastic and the sound is typical, fantastic Bose! My only small issue would be that they do get a little warm in the heat!

I bought this about a week or two weeks ago. I do absolutely enjoy the quality and comfortability of the headphones, I initially bought them for the color which I also love as well. However, there is an issue with my specific headphones where the audio will cut out during mid song or mid video but the song/video will keep playing. So I need to return to have them fixed because for the price and for them being brand new I should not have that malfunction
