Loving the Sound

I have owned this portable speaker for about two months now and I can honestly say that I love it so much ! Incredible portable and a sound that is adjustable and full of detail and depth. I use it mostly to supplement my Mac and my phone. I'm no audiophile but I know what I like and this speaker suits my needs and moods very nicely indeed.

Great little speaker. Fits like a large cellphone in your hand. Solid build and plenty of punch. Was a little overwhelmed by the Bass until I realized you could adjust it on the app. I also like the fact you can track it through Google find my device app. Great sound and volume. Definitely worth the price.

Great Sound in a Perfect Size Package

I bought this in Oct 2025 and it has been a great small portable speaker with big sound. For reference, I also own a Bose Revolve+ SounLink speaker and although the SoundLink Flex doesn't have the 360 degree speaker, the sound quality is just as good. So if you have Bose Revolve+ SoundLink but want something with the same sound quality but just a little easier to pack in a bag, this is the ideal speaker.

Bose Soundlink 2 is a clear winner!

I tested three portable speakers in my home. The Bose Soundlink 2nd generation won out! Best clarity, size and weight. Love the app to personalize the sound settings. I want to hear separation of the instruments, the acoustic guitar or cymbals on the drums. Bose does all that extremely well! Bose comes ahead with clarity and warm sound depth. Plus it is the best looking with really cool choices!

Excellent!

Great sound and features. After my wife threw a fit about using my speaker, I let her and she dropped it. I replaced the dropped one with a new Bose. In the end, I like the speaker better than her.

Great Sound at a Great Price

I choose this over another product for the reliability and sound quality. I have Bose ear buds so why not a portable speaker. The speaker has a deep rich and distinguishable sound. Its small enough not to take up space, but the sound travels, covering large area without sounding distorted. For the price, it's a nice value.

Packs a Punch

Love the speaker. I only have four stars because the sound does get muddy with the highest possible volume, but realistically when are you ever gonna do that? I can hear many parts of the music and really feel I can immerse myself in my listening. It's portable, but it does have some weight to it. I love it for casual listening and watching movies on my laptop. Great for college.

A New Experience

I bought this to replace my Bose Radio sound that can only play CD's and doesn't have Bluetooth. Lately, the CD player on the top of the radio ceased to function. I also have a Bose Sound Dock that I have to use Bluetooth device in conjunction with the unit. This unit is large and not that portable. This new device links up well my iPhone and iPad which plays my music on each device. It charges up fast and it is very portable. It also takes my phone calls or lets me know when my phone rings.

What a powerful little nugget.

We purchased this speaker as our go-to mobile speaker, especially for outdoors. I was nervous about the compact size, but it is extremely loud, although it does have a range in which it would be considered loud, so in a 12x15' room or outdoor area, it is audible, clear, and vibrant. I do like how you can connect multiple Bose speakers through the app as well if you need more volume, which also creates a surround sound effect. But if it's just you and your friends outside or at the beach, one is enough. The texture and material have a squishy silicone feel, and it seems very durable. I'm pleased since I ordered it in the yellow, and I do think it'll outmatch a spill/or dirt.
