Great compact speaker with awesome color scheme

I bought this item as a replacement for my Soundlink 1 that quit recently. Bose offered a special discount and I couldn't be happier with the product it puts out great sound all while being a compact speaker. I love the twilight blue color i purchased ! Great customer service by Bose !

Easy to set up & soft to the touch

I had previously had a different brand of speaker and the battery was always becoming the issue. I have Bose stereo speakers and know they are sensational so I purchased the SoundLink Flex Portable and I am more than happy that I did. Sounds great, looks great and feels great!

Solid choice!

I bought this Bluetooth speaker month ago and this is actually my first portable speaker, and I really like the quality of the product so far, and most importantly, the speaker produces clear and crisp sound as supposed to, you can't go wrong with BOSE!!

Unfortunatly would not manually turn off

Great sound, unfortuantly would not turn off via the on off switch. This was the third one I had tried. I spoke to Bose technical about the problem for each Soundlink Flex Portable that I tried.

Nice sleek bluetooth speaker

First, the speaker is very bass-y so for less bass dominate genres, this may not be the best choice for a bluetooth speaker. Because of this if they speaker is played at a high volume, you probably won't get 12 hours of playtime. Second, the EQ options are a bit limited in the app. Despite these things, I love the speaker because I like bass heavy music and the sound quality of the mids and highs are good too.

Horrible customer service from start to finish!

Horrible customer service start to finish, item took weeks to arrive they kept taking money then not sending it. Dozens of calls trying to get a speaker and everyone is like a robot on the phone and said I will lodge a ticket and get back to you but no one ever did. Finally it arrived after cancelling first order and placing another and speaker arrived with fault on it. Had to return it and then that took forever chasing up my refund. They guarantee things on their site such as 2 day shipping but it's false. Won't buy from them ever again.

Average Portable Speaker

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am to say the least disappointed. First off my bad, I saw Alexa and I thought built-in, it is not! You have to pair with an Echo device or something to allow Alexa to be available. Second the microphone for the speaker phone, my friends tell me is terrible. So I cannot use it as a speaker phone. What am I left with? A pretty nice sounding portable speaker that does nothing more than blue tooth
