I've had these for 2 weeks about. They look good and are comfortable but the cut out and tell you that you have 80% battery left. I would rather they didn't tell me that until I have around 40% left it gets annoying. So I'm not sure if I'm going to keep them.

Love the fit in my ear, I bought these to replace my Apple ear pods, which were constantly falling out & battery life was pitiful. However, I can't get yours to announce calls & texts when I receive a call or text on my Iphone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've had two different pairs of these earbuds and I absolutely love them. I am autistic and the active noise cancelling helps me SO much, and I love that I can easily switch between modes so I can wear them in public and still hear what I need to. My only issue is that I have very small ears and even with the smallest band and tip, they start to hurt after about 45 minutes. Still rating them a 5 because of the audio quality and excellent noise cancelling!

The right takes 4-5 longer than the left. Very disappointing. Thought Bose was better than that. When both work the sound is great BUT won't buy them again. I'd send them back but it will take the rest of my life rot get a replacement. Oh well. I doubt the company will publish my review. Like all big companies they are in business to make money.

I've had Bose earbuds for several yrs and very happy but needed replacement. This new Bose earbuds were good if I could connect. Trying to connect to my phone was very very frustrating and couldn't tolerate the technical issues and finally had to return. Very disappointed with Bose!!

I was excited to get these ear buds, but they seem to be too advanced for me. They don't connect to my devices easily, sometimes, and it's very frustrating and makes me not want to use them. I loved them in the beginning, but after a few weeks I ?? don't recommend them ??. I really want them to be better, and $150. Is a lot of money ?? wasted. Tbh, I have cheap $10. Earbuds that connect easily to all my devices with out any trouble. More expensive does not equal the best, just that, u spent 2 much ?? money on the 'name'. I should have bought the over the ear head phones.. oh well.

Touch/Tap controls take some getting used to, set up is a bit tricky, but the sound and noise cancellation is unmatched.

I've had these for a few weeks and the connectivity is so bad. Charging case dead but buds have life? Won't connect. Taken out of ears for a bit and put back in? Won't connect unless put back in the case first. Trying to connect real quick before answering a call? Nope. Trying to connect while already on a call? Also no, have to hang up, connect and then call back. Sound quality is good enough and noise cancelling is good enough but the function of day to day use is very poor.

Love most everything about these. I have the smallest fit adjusters on, but they still hurt my ears a little bit, but they don't fall out very easy!

Honestly, case is garbage. The ring around the bud always falls off, even when I take them both off, movie keeps playing after I pause it. Already bought another brand. Super disappointed ??

Crispy and clear sound is gone from this version. I have been Buying Bose since 2011 and used every earbuds they have and sound quality was awesome. Call volume is low as well. Also, the quality of case got so cheap that it can be crushed just with bare hands. I still have the case from previous version of QC earbuds and it is rock solid. Had paid same amount for that one too. Quality is drowning.

I bought these earbuds because the battery doesn't last very long on my other set of bose earbuds, however, the newer set seems to "auto off" on their own when I'm side sleeping and I can't find anywhere to turn this feature off. Otherwise I really enjoy Bose QCE and sound quality.

I am happy I bought these to use at home where is there no noise other than what I am listening to on my Bose earbuds. Noise cancellation was acceptable given very little external noise. Pairing the earbuds with my iPhone and laptop was very easy using the Bose App. The sound quality from the earbuds is very good.
