I've had it for a few months now and it's perfect for us. My television was not very loud but this makes hearing it so much easier and the quality is awesome.

Salesman talked me into a Sonos soundbar but I took it back in 2 days and got the Bose. Easier to setup and sounds better.

The sound bar is amazing. You can feel the sound and you barely need to turn it up. I love having the ability to control it from my phone with the app.

The sounds are good but the connection between soundbar and TV are not simple. Needs to have plug and play do not have to fiddle with Bose's app to hear the sound.

I wanted to get away from Sonos and their planned obsolescence. I'm sold. One bar is almost better than over $2.5k worth of Sonos crap that will be a boat anchor 2 months from now.

I got this soundbar. Subwoofer and speakers a few months ago. I'm not tech savvy. So it was difficult for me to listen to the music but. After a few days. Awesome speakers. Bose music s the best in speakers. I also have other Bose headphones. Highly recommend them. Customer service ??????????

I bought this for the name and quality but also the AI voice. It works fantastic. The room comes alive but does not get so loud that is annoying to any one else in the house. I paired with bass modual 500 and wow movies are fun to watch

I bought the Smart Soundbar to replace a 10yo solo that'll stopped working. Love the sleeker design and style. Sounds as great as solo, have not had a chance to do movies with the dts or advanced sound to talk on. Music is great as with all my Bose products and voice is great with tv shows. APP was ok during setup only issues were linking with my google assistant. Never got the api to log in but somehow the soundbar appeared in my google products and am able to control it either hey google. Would suggest one of the bass modules as the low end isn't really there if you enjoy feeling the action.

The sound is great, but it is hard to handle. I always have to try different approaches to be able to fix things like turn it on, change to Bose sound, different light colors like red, Ambar, white, etc...

Bought this a few months ago as a refurbished item. Love the sound and simplicity. Only negative is that I have it set to auto turn on when the TV turns on. If I pause the TV for several minutes the speaker turns itself off. Easiest way to solve I've found is to turn the TV off and start over. Have to keep the Bose Remote button out of sight for Grand kids.

My TV experience has completely changed. Excellent sound quality and immersive TV experience. The fact that it can be connected by multiple Bluetooth channels enabling me to play my favorite songs from mobile or other devices. Thanks Bose!

I purchased this speaker for my for both my children, one a piece. I enjoy going to their home and watching T.V with the audio being through this Bose. Great quality and just enough sound for the coin!

I have always been a huge fan of Bose sound. I own 2 sound revolve speakers and LOVE them!! Decided to purchase this smart sound bar for my TV for the exact reason I own the 2 speakers, SOUND QUALITY!! LOVE IT!!. My grandson came over the day after I installed it, turned it on and said, Papaw!, Your TV sounds so clear I can actually hear it! Having said that, Max was born at 26 weeks premature and then a year later diagnosed with hepatoblastoma, cancer of the liver. After an operation to remove half his liver and gall bladder and 2 different types of chemotherapy, the chemo supressed his hearing and now he wears hearing aids. I believe the sound of the Bose is so clear, even with hearing aids, he can hear everything! I highly reccomend this sound bar and any thing else Bose sells. 5 plus stars!!

This sound bar is so much better than my previous 6 speakers and sub woofer system that I'm surprised I didn't get it sooner. The sound quality is superior and dialogue is much clearer than any other system I've heard.

After buying the Soundbar I added two Bose SoundLink Max speakers. This really expanded listening to music. The Soundbar is great sound for television and live-streaming music through the Bose App.

Bought this to enhance the sound of our den/office TV and to stream music. We've been very happy with the results. Setup was simple: I connected it to the TV's eARC input with the included HDMI cable and to the BOSE app that we already were using. Bluetooth connection to our phones was simple. The Smart Soundbar enhances TV/movie watching and fills our space with music. For a smaller room, this is absolutely a great way to step-up your overall entertainment experience. I love this soundbar for my bedroom. I'm able to watch 4k movies with the appropriate sound. I also use it at night to play soundscapes and I able to appreciate hearing all the elements, clearly. It's perfect for my bedroom and sitting area. My daughter uses it to sing karaoke (and it works "too"well for that). I plan on buying the upgraded one for the family room!

I had a Samsung soundbar before this that matched well with the TV but the vocals were very low. This Soundbar has made a world of difference! Voices are clear and everything seems to be very balanced. One of the Subs is on my Christmas wishlist lol.
