I bought the wrong charge cradle, I'm not sure how that happened but no one looks at orders compared to recent purchased. My fault. I started a Chat to see how to return and get the wright one but didn't get the info yet? Please help

I rated this charging cradle 3 stars instead of 5. Because it comes with no power cords at all. I was already able to charge my speaker with the power cord that came with it. I didn't realize I need to purchase another power adapter cord in order for this to work.

Unit works well with the Bose unit, but the charger cord is short and hard to plug into on the bottom of the charging base unit.

The charging cradle is okay but it really isn't needed. There is a port to connect a charging cable directly to the speaker. It does what they say it will do. I'm really not sure what benefit this cradle really provides other than not needing to plug in directly to the speaker to charge it.

bought with the speaker about 6 weeks ago. The speaker is superb, the cradle is quite frankly absolute rubbish. The cable is an absolute nightmare to connect to the cradle and when it does finally connect, it manages to disconnect itself with the slightest movement. An embarrassment to Bose in my opinion. It is going in the bin.

Can't use it because there was no charging cable to connect the unit. I don't have the original charging cable that came with the speaker and the one I use doesn't fit into the slot. Looking at sending it back to Bose

do not recommend to anyone. Stand does not charge and the cord does not stay in. Very cheaply made.

I purchased the stand thinking it would be far easier to recharge the speaker. The cord does not stay attached to the stand and the speaker does not fit immediately onto the stand. While I wholeheartedly recommend the speaker save your money and don’t bother with the stand.

The Bose charging cradle is convenient to charge my Bose portable home speaker. No additional cable is included to plug the cradle into USB charger which is nice because the existing cable that came with the speaker can be used.

nice bit of kit but it will only charge the speaker if the power to the cradle is from its own mains charger...?? Why.. I can charge the speaker directly with any usb charger. USB 2 , fast charge , battery pack.. they all charge the speaker, but when I use the cradle with these chargers the speaker says "not charging, please use another power source". So you can't top up your speaker when out if you use the cradle. This is a deal breaker for me as I travel in my motorhome and can't use the cradle to charge the unit from any of the usb power outlets.. amd I have alot, high rated amps etc.. Is my cradle broken or is this by design?

Received the charging cradle from the post today, no cable, like shows in photos with charging cable. Nothing on the site to indicate no cable supplied. Plugged several cable’s of good quality and no charging from the cradle what so ever, also purchased the soundLink Micro Bluetooth speaker with charging cable and not work on ether purchased products. Very Disappointed

Just got this today. Had to put tape on the cord to get it to stay put. I had a Bose mini with a cradle and it was great. Finally got it to start charging after taping it. Very poor design. Might take it back. Will see how well the tape holds up!

Ive had my speaker and cradle for 2 yrs. This has been unreliable from the start. Its difficult to fix the cord into position, keeps disconnecting, and doesnt always connect to the speaker as well. I cannot get the direct power cord into the speaker port because it is misaligned, so have to rely on the cradle. When plugged into the cradle it may charge, it may register a connection and then drop out, and it often doesnt connect at all. There is a fault in the connection but I cant tell if its the cradle or the speaker. very frustrating and expensive, and disappointing.

I got the speaker and loved it, then I ordered the charging cradle and DID not have a cord in it. the cord from the speaker does NOT fit the Cradle , Now the Cord from the speaker is broken well. The cord for the speaker is very delicate. So now I have a over 470$ spent and no way to charge it. Not sure I want to spend more money since the first speaker was garbage.

Terrible product and very unlike Bose. Works fine when connected but the poorly designed usb c connection underneath base falls out all the time and is a hassle to re-connect. Better connecting charging lead directly to speaker

The speakers have a mini-usb connection on them and look fine without a base. I thought the base would improve the sound in some way, but they really are pretty annoying because the mini-usb cable that goes into the base on BOTH the speaker stands I bought falls out if you breathe next to them. It is poor ergonomics and for Bose, they're just not up to snuff. Glorified coasters.

I generally love Bose products, they're so well engineered. But quite honestly this dock fails, mostly doe to the 1) stiffness of the charging cord, and 2) location of the female receptor in a base recess. I have given up on this item because the cord will NOT stay in the receptor; even if I add a bit of gaff tape, it always wiggles out. Bose should redesign this base to have the male>female receptor *on the side* as opposed to underneath, maybe recessed into the base so it stays put--kind of like my Mophie wireless phone charging pad, which is also USB-C. As it is, I just plug my cord directly into the Revolver Plus; less muss, less fuss. Don't bother.

I bought this about a year ago and I can safely say that it’s the most annoying piece of equipment ever to come into our home. The lead is almost impossible to plug in and when you do finally manage to get it connected, the slightest movement will dislodge it. I rue the day I allowed myself to be sucked in by the Bose hype. The standard of this and the Revolve + Speaker are way below what their price would suggest. The only thing stopping me from putting the lot on EBay is that I wouldn’t want some other person having to go through the torture I’ve been through with this. Stay well clear.

I have both Bose soundlink sound is great my problem is with the plugs too the chargers once you connect and sit it down the plug comes out one time it took me almost 5 minutes to get it to stay in they should have put some type of clip on it to hold it in place
