I wish I would have read these reviews before using the case for the first time. I received the headphones a month ago and used the case to travel this weekend. When I went to replace the headphones in the case, the zipper won't open but a little bit. The charging cord is in the case. I would expect this premium product to come with a functional quality case. I love the headphones. Now to figure out the carrying case!

Zip broken in less than six months. We can’t all be mis using it!! Five stars for the headphones but you need to up your game on the case durability. To be fair to bose i have lots of their products and this is my only issue so overall still a fan.

I’ve had the head phones for some time and they are fabulous. Unfortunately the case is terrible. The zip broke within 2 months and has now ripped apart completely. I need to replace.

Don't waste your money. I travel for a living and take care of my equipment. The zipper broke on this case the first week. It is still connected and everything - but just quit zipping. Horrible product.

I love my Bose QC35 headphones. I loved my wired set as well. Unfortunately, the QC35 carry case has been plagued with zipper issues. Bose has not been willing to take care of the issue other than offering to give me the privilege of buying another case.

I had these headphones for one month before the zipper broke. I thought I'd live with it but then lost my charging cord because it didn't close. Now I figure it's worth a bad review and see that many other people had the same issue. The headphones are great, just too bad about this case.

Unfortunately, the zip broke after only a few weeks, and I have to use another manufacturers case to hold my Q35s. Love the headphones, but the carry case should be much better quality.

The zip on my case has broken. I came to the Nose site to buy a new one only to find the issue I was experiencing is very widespread. I have 'reached out' to customer service as suggested in this foment thread and am awaiting a response. Bose needs to take ownership of this problem.

I'm a pilot and put my equipment to the test. But I also use extreme care with all of my equipment to extend their life and this performed very poorly. Zipper broke AND ripped from the side. I almost couldn't get the headphones out of them without destroying the case.

The zip failed within 2 weeks. I can’t close the case now. Bose won’t replace under warranty. Very disappointing reflection on what is a quality company with a great reputation

I bought my headphones about a year ago and the zipper has failed. I am extremely careful with my headphones and case and this just should not happen. I went on the website to reluctantly buy another one (as I want the best protection for my headphones ( which I love) and was very disappointed to see that others have had the same experience. Bose, please look at improving the zipper on this cary case and we want to protect our headphones 100% but don't want to have to keep replacing the case.

The headphones are great! they enabled me, with Tinnitus, to be able to watch a film and hear clearly whilst on a flight from Australia to UK. Went to use them just last week on a flight from Perth to Brisbane....I could not open the zipper to get them out of the case, I tried everything. I had to endure 5 hours of no music or films. When I got home I had to prise open the zip with the point of a knife. The case is perfect but the zip is cheap. I see a lot of people have this problem. Now there is a pile of carry cases for landfil...this annoys me. You should provide free replacement cases until you have learnt to produce a quality product.

I've had the 'phones and consequently the case, for around a year now. They go everywhere, including getting thrown in backpacks and bicycle panniers every day, or on flights etc. Despite this treatment the case is still fine, showing barely a sign of wear, and the zip has not broken! And of course, the case has kept the 'phones themselves protected and in tip-top condition.

Gosh, the design looks nice but the zipper is awful. It is of cheap plastic and when using it, it makes a noise that freaks me out. I bought the earphones two weeks ago, they came with this case. I used the case for one day than swapped it with my boyfriend's old Bose Sound Link one, that however doesn't have the pocket for the charger and the cable. Not satisfied at all.

Great headphones but zipper on case broke on the very first use. So how does one get a replacement! Surely Bose can provide a functional case! I would certainly recommend the headphones, just tell them to expect a defective case. Really discounts the product!!!

I've been protecting my headphones in this case since I bought it but the zipper just broke! I always treat the product and case with care since they are so expensive. I came here to potentially buy a replacement but after all these similar zipper issues, I might need to find a third party case. :( Bose this is clearly a problem for everyone, please update your case with a better zipper!

Case has a defective zipper which broke within 6 months of purchase. Not inclined to risk buying another one that breaks in the same way. Great headphones, rubbish carry case. Very disappointing.
